It is the first week of March and I am six days passed my due date. I am so uncomfortable all the time. I haven't slept well and I am ready to kill someone. Jimi has been amazing throughout this entire thing. The mood swings have escalated slightly. It's more of me getting pissed at every little thing and me yelling at Jimi for everything. I have no idea how Kimberly toured throughout her entire pregnancy because the last two months have been horrible. I've been getting Braxton Hicks contractions for the past two weeks and let me tell you, it sucks. As much as I love this little baby boy inside of me, it's time for him to come out.

It is March 4th and Jimi and I are sitting on the couch. We ate dinner and I wanted to lay down on the couch and watch a movie. I had my back to the armrest with three pillows behind me. Jimi was sitting next to me with my feet in his lap. I had fallen asleep and I woke up to him giving me a foot rub. I really needed that considering my feet are the size of watermelons. I opened my eyes and looked at Jimi and smiled.

"How was your nap?" he asked.

"Good" I said and yawned. I sat up to go to the bathroom. I walked into the bathroom and my water broke.

"JIMI!" I yelled. He came running over to the bathroom door and opened it.

"Are you ok?" he asked. I turned around to face him.

"My water broke" I said.

"What?! Are you serious?!" He asked all panicked.

"Yes, I'm serious" I said.

"We have to get to the hospital!" Jimi said tried to push me out of the bathroom.

"Jimi, I still have to pee" I said and laughed.

"Ok, you go pee, and I'll go grab all of your stuff" he said and ran out of the bathroom. I cleaned up the floor then went to the bathroom. When I was done, I walked back into the living room and sat down on the couch. I felt a contraction and this time I knew it wasn't a Braxton Hicks contraction. I tried to breathe through the pain, but it was useless. I bent over and let out a small scream of pain. Jimi came running downstairs with the bag.

"What's wrong?" he asked and crouched down in front of me and grabbed my hand.

"Just get me to the hospital" I said with my teeth clenched and squeezed his hand.

"Ok, ok. Let's go" he said and helped me up off the couch.

Jimi was probably going 90 mph. on the freeway to the hospital.

"Babe, you don't have to drive so fast" I said and giggled.

"We have to get to the hospital" Jimi said not taking his eyes off the road.

"It would be nice to get there in one piece" I said.

"We will, just relax and don't have the baby until we get to the hospital" Jimi said in a panicked voice.

"If he wants to come out, he is going to come out" I said and giggled. Then I had another contraction and I yelled out in pain.

"We're almost there babe, just hold on a little longer" Jimi said and grabbed my hand. I squeezed his hand really hard. Jimi wasn't expecting that and winced in pain.

"I'm sorry" I said when the contraction subsided.

"It's ok" Jimi said and kissed my hand.

We finally made it to the hospital. Jimi parked the truck and helped me out and we walked into the hospital. Jimi and I walked up to the front desk to check me in. I went and sat down in a chair hoping the contraction that I feel coming isn't going to be as bad as the previous ones. I leaned forward and gripped the arms of the chair. I really didn't want to scream in the waiting room so I held it in as best as I could. The tears on the other hand were flowing down my cheeks so I looked down at the ground. Jimi had just finished up the paperwork and looked over at me. He ran over and crouched down in front of me and put his hands on my knees.
