Sarah's P.O.V

Camera flashes all went off at once as soon as I got out of the black Audi my father had given me as a gift for joining the company. I walked with my head held high through the red carpet avoiding all the shouts of the paparazzi that were fixed on one topic. My 'husband'. I tried to shut it out but I couldn't.

My mind kept wondering back to him. I tried distracting myself by talking to my father's business associates and their wives. It did work a bit but it got quite boring as it was all about business. I excused myself and started walking towards the balcony and a voice came from behind me, "My, my, my, don't you look stunning tonight, darling!"
