Outside we shifted and put on some clothes. I made sure to grab some for Phil too. I walked over to my unsettled mate patting his back and handing him the clothes he quickly put on under the blanket. "I'm sorry." Phil said leaning against me. "Sorry? why should you be sorry? it was my fault. I shouldn't have left you out here by yourself." I said holding him to me. "Jake?" Kayla hesitated. I looked towards a redheaded boy. "Mommy?" He whispered. Huh? "I thought it was weird when you said you wanted to cut your hair to keep it out of your eyes." Kayla said embracing Jake. "Then who is at the house with Kitty?" I asked. Jake muttered, "A shape shifter rogue switched places when they attacked." "Which explains why he is trying to push me over the edge. We need to go now." I said as we began running through the forest. Kitty, please be okay and figure it out.
