Shawn POV
Her laugh was contagious. It wasnt like a creepy ugly laugh it was like a laugh that you laugh at. So I head to her house expecting to laugh because of what happened. I go up to her door and knock on it and all I hear is a voice sounding like Marina
Marina: "OMG PAIGE THE PIZZA IS HERE YESS"
As she opens the door her smile leaves her face
Me: "sorry I'm not the pizza guy."
Marina: "it's just you. PAIGE ITS SHAWN. Ya know your-"
Paige comes to the door and shouts
Paige: "friend, hey what's up?"
Me: "so I need to know why you were crying laughing."
Paige: "oh my god funniest thing ever, Marina was going to the living room and she has socks on and we have hardwood and she slips and falls while cheering that your coming."
I start to burst out laughing
Me: "oh my god I'm crying and my stomach hurts."
Paige: "anyway do you want a drink? Uh let me guess tea?"
Me: "hahah very funny just water is fine." Marina looks confused
Paige: "oh he's like obsessed with tea. For his "vocal cords""
Me: "hey don't judge my methods to sings amazing on stage."
The pizza arrives and Marina eats almost the whole pizza
Me: "so you excited to graduate?"
Paige: "oh more than ever kinda just want to leave now."
Me: "your gonna miss it one day. Trust me I miss it."
Paige: "okay stop with school it gives me headaches, so what did you do on your glorious Monday?"
Me: "uh well I went to the gym, I uh went to the studio and did some studious things."
Marina: "SONGS MORE SONGS YES PLEASE!"
Paige: "Marina! You are so loud!"
I chuckle
Me: "maybe you'll have to wait and see." We talk basically all night and it was a change I felt normal, she DEFINITELY didn't treat me like a celebrity she treated me like a well,a normal 18 year old kid.
As it reaches 11:30pm I realize that she looks exhausted.
Me: "as much as I loved staying I'm going to head out and thank you for having me over it was fun."
Paige: "yeah tell me about it I'm getting to know the REAL Shawn Mendes"
Me: "haha alright sleep tight Paige."
I start to leave her house and I wish that I wasn't leaving.
