Paige POV
After Shawn came to try to "win me back" I've been siting in my room when I get called downstairs
I see who it is and I'm shocked
Me: "what are you doing here?"
Matt: "well let's see, my daughter just got up and left"
Me: "I don't belong there"
Matt: "can we talk outside" I leave the house and sit outside on the curb
Matt: "what happened at that party? What happened with Shawn?"
Me: "everything was falling apart."
Matt: "just like your mama,"
Me: "what?!"
Matt: "why do you think she left? I was going into the army. She ran cause she was scared"
Me: "so what? Im scared"
Matt: "ya know about 30 seconds after you left I get a knock at the door and guess who it was" I shrug
Matt: "Shawn, he said that you didn't give him a chance to explain, why?"
Me: "I saw it with my own eyes"
Lexi: "actually you didn't." I look up and my eyes go wide. We pull from our hug
Lexi: "Alex saw the whole thing, she kissed him and if you didn't leave so quickly you would have seen him push her off and say he has a girlfriend"
Me: "I'm a idiot!!"
Lexi: "WHYY?!?" Me: "well a couple of days ago he came by, tried to explain and I may have pushed him away...again"
Lexi: "PAIGE!!!!"
Matt: "sounds like you made a mistake...again"
Me: "but he's on tour he doesn't need someone like me. And what happened to "he hurts me, he gets hit with the hummer?!"
Matt: "I like him too much. And technically he didn't hurt you."
Lexi: "yeah run over Cassidy" I start walking back inside
Matt: "your just scared, of falling in love, but guess what? You already have"
I turn around sharply.
Me: "your insane"
Jane: "there right you know" I look at her
Jane: "you looked happy"
Matt: "if you really love him that's the least of your problems"
Me: "okay but-" Matt interrupts me
Matt: "and HE definitely shouldn't be the reason that you left, now I'm not trying to change your mind, but just know that you can't run from everything"
Lexi: "and besides I miss you...like a lot" I let out a chuckle
Lexi: "I'm serious I had to sit with Alex's friends at lunch" I smile and give her a hug
Lexi: "please come home. I miss you like crazy." I can feel tears starting to form so I quickly wipe them away and pull from the hug.
