After she leaves I stand in the rain watching her drive off i realize what just happened and looked up to the night sky and smiled with joy. I enter the house wishing she came in with me.
Mum: "Shawn why are you wet"
Me: "she kissed me, I kissed her. We kissed"
Aaliyah: "wait Paige? You kissed Paige?" I nodded still in la la land
Aaliyah: "told ya dad you owe me 20 bucks" my mum turned around to Aaliyah
Mum: "you bet on your brother and Paige-"
Aaliyah: "kissing? Yeah I said it would take a week dad said a month"
Me: "you both suck. AND A MONTH DAD REALLY?!"
Dad: "sorry!" Shrugging
Mum: "soooo girlfriend?"
Me: "I don't know? We're taking it slow. DONT TELL ANYONE! AALIYAH" looking at her
Aaliyah: "what? Why looking at me?"
Me: "just don't tell anyone! I wanna keep her a secret for a while"
