Shawn POV

I decide to FaceTime Paige. She answers

Paige: "what's poppin my friend?"

Me: "nothing what's crack a lackin?" She laughs

Paige: "your a dork."

Me: "Anyway how your day?"

Paige: "uh let's see calculus is literally impossible, I'm reading a book in English class that makes me want to die, uh oh I watched open heart surgery in anatomy."

Me: "didn't want to know about the last one."

Paige: "glamorous life of a senior."

Me: "you want to me a RN right?"

Paige: "yeah can't believe you remember that." Seeming shocked

Me: "I listen, anyway why do you want to be a RN?"

Paige: "umm well I want to help people."

Me: "I help people."

Paige: "your a singer elaborate on how singing is helping people."

Me: "some people have such trouble in their life that they listen to my music."

Paige: "I never thought of it that way, what was your favorite song to write?"

Me: "little too much, it shows that right now may be hard but you'll get through it, I also love mercy." (Illuminate like just came out btw) then her phone rings.

Paige: "hold on Matt is calling." Matt? Who is Matt? Yep she definitely wants to be friends like she already has a boyfriend that kiss was a friend kiss.

Paige: "yeah I love you too."

Oh fuck kiss was definitely a friend thing.

Me: "hey uh I gotta get going."

Paige: "oh okay." Frowning

Paige POV

After I hung up with Matt, Shawn seemed a little off and ended FaceTime. As I walk down stairs I see Marina with a friend

Marina: "hey Paige do you know when mom and dad are coming home?"

Me: "oh uh Matts  getting dinner."

Marina: "oh do you think Mikayla can maybe stay for a sleepover?"

Me: "who do I look like? Matt? Call him"

Marina: "uGu fine. Wait maybe you should invite Shawn too." Wink wink

Me: "me and Shawn are just friends."

Mikayla: "sure you are."

Me: "watch it."
