Paige POV
I wake up feeling even worse, I can't breathe out of my nose, my throat is sore. Today is going to be a long day. I head downstairs and it feels like everyone is yelling
Matt: "hey, Laurie and I have to go out of town, this week. We'll be back on Sunday"
My facial expression doesn't change
Matt: "have a good 3 days without us" I nod
Me: "okay, I'll meet you in the car." I go to matts car and wish I stayed in bed. As I'm sitting in matts car I get a text
Shawn: "how are you feeling? I'll meet you at school okay?"
I respond rather quickly
Me: "yeah that's fine." I get to school and start to walk to class when I get gently pulled back and I get a warm hug, and I hold on tightly
Shawn: "you okay darling?" I don't answer I just hug him tighter "darling please answer me." He says stroking my hair
Me: "I fell like I got hit by a truck." I put my forehead on his chest and look at the ground
Shawn: "awe darling I'm sorry, hey" he lifts my face up
"I'll be here after school and we can go to my place and cuddle okay?" I shake my head no
Me: "we can go to mine" he gives me a confused look
Shawn: "Matt?"
Me: "him and Laurie are not coming back till Sunday" he hugs me tighter
Shawn: "okay alright." He secretly kisses my head when the bell rings. I hug him tighter
Shawn: "as much as I love this you have to go to class." I groan "but hey I'll see you later okay?" I nod and go to class
