My feet were running against the pavement, chugging harder and harder to gain speed.
Out of breath, I continued to run through every puddle and street I ran across with until I made it into Gotham city.
I nervously looked over my shoulder every second I made it a step closer into Gotham.
As I looked back, I crashed into someone, and took a pretty nasty fall as we collapsed onto the concrete.
"HEY! Watch where you're going-will ya?!"
I looked up with my hand over my pain point on my head.
"I-I- I'm sorry" I stuttered, getting up from the ground.
The girl looked at me closely, examining every feature on my face, wearing to what appeared to be goggles that rested upon her head along with a layered leather jacket.
"What's your name?" She asked
"(Y/n)" I replied
"Hmmm... you got any family?"
"Uh..no." I mumbled.
"Come with me" she motioned me to follow her,
"The names Selina... Selina Kyle."
