                                    Mari's Point of View

I walk to my car after being rejected, feeling betrayed and anger. How dare Matt reject me! I've known him for four years and Emily's only known him for two years! I still can't believe that he would pick the eating disordered and the self-harming freak over me! I know that Emily was a friend, but I have loved Matt ever since I had met him! I get into my car, and I jam the key into the ignition, driving out of the car park. My phone starts ringing and I answer the phone, using my car's Bluetooth. "Hello, Mari here." I answer, driving onto the freeway. "Mari, it's Ian and Anthony. You need to come back to the office tomorrow to collect your stuff and your final paycheque. We also need you to sign some legal papers, claiming that you are no longer part of Smosh Games or Smosh." They say through the phone, and my rage bubbles up. "So no one calls me to check on me? After the emotional rollercoaster of a day I've had?" I scream at the phone. "EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER?" Joven yells, and I can hear clamouring on the phone. "Matt is here right now, waiting for the doctor to hear if Emily lives, Wes is pacing back and forth, and we can't let him near the phone for fear of killing you, and we are all worried sick that we will have to hold a funeral for our best friend! You are a monster, and to be honest, the channel will be much better off without you!" He yells. "Are you all at the hospital right now?" I ask, getting an idea in my head. "Yeah. Don't even think about coming down here. We have security down here with us, and you can forget about ever getting near Emily again." Joven says into the phone. I assure them I won't and I hang up, driving towards the Smosh Office. I pass my security badge, and the security guard asks me to leave it behind when I leave, as they know I longer work with Smosh. "Fine." I hiss at him and continue on my plan. I get up to the game bang room, and start my work. I throw everything on the shelves down on to the floor, then I start throwing the computers around. Figurines clatter to the floor, and I stomp on them; shattering them into pieces, pictures on the walls of the entire Smosh family fill me with rage, and I rip them off the walls, tearing them into shreds. I leave Matt's desk untouched. I knew he was going to be with me, and that he would still want to be with me. I break the wires; throwing everything on the ground, smashing it with my feet. I collect the stuff from my desk and leave the room in rubble. I then go back down to my car and I leave my security badge at the front desk. "Thank you Mari, and good luck in your future." The guard says, and I grunt driving home. I can't believe I did that. I feel great.

I wake up the next morning, feeling proud of mywork. I get dressed quickly, throwing my hair in a ponytail and grabbing aquick breakfast.

 Running down to my car, I drive down to the Smosh Office,seeing the time is 1:00, and telling the guard that I needed to sign some legalpapers, and I was invited by Ian and Anthony. The guard sends me up, and I walkdown to the conference room, where I'm greeted by four familiar faces; Joven,Lasercorn, Ian and Anthony. "Hello boys! How are we this fine morning?" I ask,taking a seat and swivelling. "Great actually! Emily is expected to make a fullrecovery. We all went and saw her this morning. Wes and Sohinki are still withher, in the hospital and Mark, Sean, Felix and Nate are still here, making sureshe's safe. We all came down just to deliver the good news." Lasercorn says,and my face wrinkles with confusion. "What's the good news?" I ask, and Jovensmirks. "You need to sign all three of the papers. The first one is from Smoshlawyers, saying that you are no longer part of the channel, the second one isfrom YouTube; saying that you understand what's happening, and that you are completelywilling with your choice, and that you won't try to sabotage Smosh in any wayshape or form." Anthony explains, and I reach for the papers. "What is wrongwith you guys? You're throwing away four years together? Almost four years ofmemories so that you can replace me with a blonde idiot?" I yell, and Lasercornstands up. "SHUT UP! Emily is not an idiot, and we never we're going to replaceyou! We wanted to have Emily join you on the channel so that we could make it thebest channel for everyone! You just couldn't stand it that Matt loved Emilymore than you! He told me, that he was in love with her since he met her, andhe never looked at you as anything more than a friend! Grow up Mari. Realizethat Emily and Matt are in love, and get out of our lives!" He yells, and weall look stunned at him. I sign the papers, before storming out of the room;walking away from the people I once called friends.
