Shenaya

"Merry Christmas everyone " Cherreen and I shouted when Corl's mom Moira opened the door. She smiled widely seeing us . She hugged both of us before letting inside. Keil, Corl and his father and grand parents were inside. They all greeted back. It's only 4 in the evening. We promised Moira to help her with dinner.

"Who are these beautiful young ladies? They even bought Christmas presents " Corl's grandpa said when we entered to the house. Keil didn't say anything but helped me with my bags . Keil was the only one who is wearing black clothes. Corl's family seemed okay with his behavior.

"Back off old man , they are already taken"Corl said while helping Cherreen with her gift bags . Everyone laughed at his comment except Keil.

"Aren't you going to introduce us juvenile? " It was his grandma this time. Corl's mom and dad already knew us ,we came here 2 days ago for lunch.

"Cherreen from Thailand and my girlfriend. Shenaya from Sri Lanka. They both are Engineering students like us "Corl introduced us .

"Shenaya and Chae, my grandma Irene and grandpa Feddrick " His grandparents seemed cool people.

We did a little chat with them and dismissed ourselves to help Moira with dinner .

Keil seemed very closed off with others except Corl's parents. As expected he didn't join any conversation. He just had a little talk with Derek. Then he just sat there without saying anything. Like a statue. Oh god , it look like he has duel personality. This man is confusing me . Well , my boyfriend.

Cherreen send me a knowing smirk when she caught me looking at Keil's direction. I just shrugged acting all innocent. Keil send me a small nod when he saw me staring at him making me relieved.

If there's a problem he would tell me right ?

"So Shenaya did our god son asked you to become his girlfriend? " Derek asked me making everyone look at me. Corl smirked at me . Keil was eating like nothing happened beside me .

"Ye-Yes " I stuttered. I mentally slapped myself acting like a child.Moira cheered like a liitle girl making everyone laugh at her childish behavior. I caught Derek sending a proud smile at Keil .

"Tell us about it . How did he ask ? Is it romantic? Ah I still can remember how Derek confess his feelings "Moira asked excitedly.

"Well , hmmm .He told me ' be mine . Be my girlfriend ' " I mumbled making Corl burst on laughing.

"Oh my god Keil , you're too cold hearted to become romantic. God , you'll never learn man . Poor thing " Corl remarked .

" Keil, how can you ask her just like that ?" Corl's grandma asked him . Keil looked so uncomfortable .

" Why ? She said yes anyway . You guys are overreacting " Keil replied. Moira let a loud sigh at his reply and grandma shook her in disappointed manner.

"Keil. Keil. You should have be more romantic that that . Use some good words to woo her. Tsk . Tsk. " Derek said . Corl was stil laughing. Cherreen was enjoying this as well . What a great combine?

"I'll keep your words at mind when I propose her "Keil said out in nowhere making me choked. I coughed trying hard to cover my blush. Keil patted my back slowly.

"There you are son. You are really Jason's son , no offense for that " Derek nodded proudly. Keil let a small smile at Derek .

" Shenaya and Cherreen Moira came to my rescue. I turned at her eagerly.
