~Reader's POV~
In the living room, I was just sitting there on the couch reading a book. Suddenly, a phone ringing was heard from the other side of the room.
"Hello?" I heard Numbuh 1's voice, answering the call. "... Yes? Yes, she's here. Is there something you wanted to talk about?"
She's here? I could tell that the caller is looking for a girl. But who is it? Who are they talking about? Numbuh 3? Numbuh 5?... Or Me?
"Numbuh 6?" Numbuh 1 called.
"Yeah?" I called back.
"There's someone from a different Sector on the phone wants to talk to you." he said, handing the phone over.
"A different sector? Boy, I wonder who could that be?" I got up and walked over to where Numbuh 1 was. I moved the phone to my ear.
"Um... Hello?" I spoke.
''Oh, howdy! Is this Numbuh 6 from Sector V?'' I heard a girl's voice with a western accent.
"Um, yes?"
''Oh maah god! So it is true, ya ahr an operative! Ya know ahm plumb glad t' see ya!'' the voice said. Man, she really does have that cowboy accent... Well luckily, I can clearly understand what she was saying.
"Who is this?" I questioned sternly.
''Oh, maah bad- Where are mah matters? This is Numbuh 157! Are you thuh same gal who took down the bad man from the street?''
"Ehm... Yes?" I answered. Dear, god... Everyone is still talking about it?!
''Ah wanna cahwl ya today, because ya know... Some awf us in our sector said that ya look like Numbuh 9!'' she stated.
"Numbuh 9? ... I think I've heard of him." I said. **NOT TO BE MISTAKEN WITH MAURICE FROM THE CANON SHOW. PERHAPS HE'LL MAKE AN APPEARANCE IN THIS BOOK**
''Oh, so ya do know 'im! That's guh-reat! Today, ah done decided t' git thuh two awf ya t' meet each other at Preppy Sombreros Pizzeria!''
"Well... I don't have anything to do. So I guess I can go out for today." I shrugged.
''That's guh-reat! Ya know, ah done asked Numbuh 9 about thuh git together thang, an guess what? 'e done accepted it!''
"Oh, that's sweet!" I smiled. "But, how am I gotta know where Preppy Sombreros Pizzeria?"
''Oh, ehm... You're the new operative of Sector V, right?''
"Yes... Days ago..."
''Awright, ah will jus' gitty-up an meet ya at yo-wr treehouse, is that okay?''
