Chapter 41

Waiting to have both songs completed as they save the videos to Nick's computer. They tried to figure out lyrics for stop the world. They both had written stuff that they could use as they just need to check what could work.
Demi was looking down at the notebooks that had the lyrics with her laptop open as she wanted to figure out the instruments. Nick was sitting down at his desk editing both of the videos as he wanted to make look good. He forgot about the other cameras he had in his room and that they all turn on at the same time. So they ended up getting more angles. He was very surprise and happy that it didn't mess up the audio.
Looking back at her laptop as she look at the app she was using. She had her earphones on as she tried to figure out what to do. Not knowing what to do exactly with the instrument part as just rested her back on the chair. Rubbing her face with her hands as she look at Nick, who also look frustrated.

"Nick, do you just want to keep it acoustic? Only use the strings we were messing with."

Demi said as Nick look at his computer as he play with his curls.

"I...we're struggling with the actual music part. And I did like what we were doing with the guitar."

Demi smile as she said me too. Closing her computer as she place it on the floor. Standing up as she grab the guitar before placing the strap against her shoulder. Walking to the mic as she look up at Nick, smiling at him as she never felt nervous around him.

"Record me."

Demi said as she read Nick mess with his computer as she check the strings.

"Okay you're good. Start when your ready. "

Nick said as he press the space bar on his laptop. Demi smile as she place her fingers on the strings. Making the music as she sang the first note as she felt happy. The song made her think back at Harry as she hope he was doing well. Playing the strings as she kept her focus throughout the whole thing.

Singing those lyrics live for the first time made her think. Nobody could stop Kendall from falling in love with Harry. Who knows how much they've been through before Kendall got that job. Harry might have hurt her as much as she's have hurt him. Neither one of them have realize that yet. Demi is barely understand their situation between the two. The only thing she really does hope is that they both find happiness. And she wouldn't be upset if they found love again with each other. There might still be a spark between the two of them.
She could only hope for the best their future.

Demi was watching Nick edit their videos making both of them into one. She watch as he made the video perfectly blend together after the song ended. He somehow made stop the world match the beginning of nightingale. He look over his shoulder at her as he told her to get closer.

"Watch this."

Nick said before pressing the space bar as they watch the video. Hearing the guitar strings with the beginning vocals she added made her smile. She love how the guitar sounded as she felt excited. Mouthing the to the lyrics as she couldn't help but let out a giggle. She felt excited like a kid on a sugar rush.
They began working on Nick's music as he wanted to do a bit of a silly song. He just wanted to tell them random facts about him that only Demi and his parents knew. He called the song introducing me. Demi watch as he made a few silly faces through the video. She couldn't help but laugh which cause them to tape the video many times. By the time they finish it was late in the day. Nick check the time as he look over at Demi.
