Justice League

*Arrow is brought into this post S5E23 but everyone is fine (fletchet to the gun followed by a punch to the face - currently in the prison on Lian Yu with). Malcolm doesn't die because he's Malcolm but no-one knows that yet. Thea isn't Speedy for now. The Legends are post finale as well, minus time breaking and Rip leaving. Supergirl left before the Daxom attack because Lena isn't stupid. Mon-El is still around and currently covering for Kara.*

*I know this chapter contains no snowbarry but contains two other important things. Plot and Olicity - enjoy*

    Throughout the day there was lots of training. Everyone felt prepared and certainly more skilled (except from Oliver). The hall had been converted into a proper facility. There was the briefing room which looked the same as before. The area previously used for training was still used for training and the remaining space had been turned into a medical station (for overflow, the WaveRider was the primary medical station); suit room and sleeping rooms. All of the Legends slept on the WaveRider while everyone else slept in one of the many bedrooms in the hall. Everyone had gone off to their respective areas to sleep after a long day.

    Oliver however found he couldn't sleep. His words, while reassuring everyone else hadn't reassured him. he looked down at the blonde woman sleeping there and felt unexplainably better. She just had that affect on him. Even the sight of her reassured him. He was sat there, lost in thought when he heard her move and she turned to look at him.

FELICITY: "How can you still be reassuring when you aren't even assuring yourself?"

    Oliver just smirked at how spot on felicity was. She could always see right through him. he simply held her closer and used that to feel reassured.

OLIVER: "I have no idea."

FELICITY: "Well I guess it's a skill from five years alone. Because we all know how alone you were on the island don't we."

OLIVER: "Are you ever going to let that go?"

FELICITY: "No."

OLIVER: "Are Barry and Caitlin going to be ok. Are they even still there?"

FELICITY: "You should know. You've experienced it, five years of it."

OLIVER: "But not like this. They believe they've been betrayed and believe we'll do the same, even when i haven't done anything. Sure I was that paranoid for a while but I didn't feel that betrayed. Their entire lived lost in one hour. I would end up worse than them if I was in their position. But I'm not. You're here. And I know you would never do anything like what he believes has happened. you can pull me back from the brink even when I believe you can't. Even when i believe I have lost you. I guess it's just a skill."

FELICITY: "One I would use any second of any day."

OLIVER: "And that's why I love you so much."

FELICITY: "I love you too."

    Somehow, like always, she reassured him without saying much at all. She could always make him feel better. with thought of her he easily fell asleep.

    The next morning everyone was up early and suited up. Masks were off. Helmets were off. Hood(s) were down. Glasses were off (except Felicity). Team tech support was working away at the monitors. Everyone was making the final adjustments to their costumes when suddenly a beeping ran out.

FELICITY: "Meta-human alert at Central City Bank.Scanners showing extreme temperature variations and speed-force signatures. It's them."

OLIVER: "Everyone listen up."

    Oliver's eyes scanned the room, landing on Felicity's for a moment before breaking off back to the group in front of him.

OLIVER: "I know we are going out to fight the most powerful people on earth-"

KARA: "-This earth"

OLIVER: "-and that is frightening. But that isn't the worst of it. We are fighting our friends. Now I know we don't want to fight then but they have made it clear they do. We will not kill them in hopes of reaching them but at the same time don't hold back. I know they are our friends but what kind of heroes are we if we don't save millions of lives because we like someone? What kind of people are we if we have the chance to save millions of people and don't take it? That isn't something we will find out. Hopefully we reach them but we'll definitely stop them from taking any more lives. No-one shall die today. whether it's them, us or civilians. No-one dies today. We aren't individual heroes any more. We aren't team arrow and team flash anymore. we are one group of heroes. One league of heroes. A-"

CISCO (excited): "-Justice League!"

OLIVER: "-a single group with one purpose. To restore hope. Right now may be the biggest test any of us ever face but if we face it together we will win.  Now suit up and get ready. If they put up a fight, we need to be ready."

    Everyone broke off and almost ran to put on masks, helmets and pick up the necessary weapons. it took two minutes before there was the same gathering of heroes, this one looking more battle ready.

GREEN ARROW: "Vibe, breach us in then follow after. You're our easy way out so keep safe in there. Supergirl, enter first, getting high and out of sight. Use your x-ray vision to scan for the Dark Flash and Killer Frost. while that's happening we'll get in. Once we know where they are we strike together. Understand."

JUSTICE LEAGUE *bold means those who have voice modifiers are using them*: "Yes"

GREEN ARROW (muttering): "Let's go save the world..."
