~Knockout's POV~

"Medal to the pedal Knockout!" (Y/N) hollered.

Once I closed my door, I burned rubber and started doing donuts as a sort of diversion. This caused dust to start to fly in the air, which I wasn't all to happy about.

"You are responsible for any damage."

"Aren't I always?! Now let' get out of here!"

I found a small opening between the humans that surrounded us and chose to drive through it like it was a whole in a barricade. The humans that were still in the way, weren't anymore. I sighed in relief, thinking we were out of the  danger zone.

"Don't slow down! What are you thinking?!" (Y/N) looked back frantically.

"It's not like they can run faster than me!"

"NO BUT THEY CAN TRY AND DRIVE FASTER THAN YOU!"

I took this into account and drove faster.

We were well into the city when I parked at an empty lot. No one was around, and it was quiet... almost to quiet for my taste. (Y/N) didn't seem to mind though, and I trust her judgement, though it's probably a bad idea...

"We could probably head to the Nemesis without being followed now..." She whispered. I couldn't help but stay there a little longer. I wouldn't admit it, but I was worried. No, not for me, but for (Y/N). Her arm had taken a beating, and from what I could tell, it looked broken.

"How about we stop somewhere else? Wait this out a bit?"

"And when were you the type to not take chances?" She asked forcibly. I only huffed, and started to drive back.

I went slow, and stayed on high alert. I didn't want to attract the attention of any of that human's goons. Luckily, they had seemed to give up, or didn't give chase when when the both of us drove off.

"You attract the weirdest of humans." I remarked.

"Dude, I went from a nobody, to a somebody, to a nobody, then somebody again with no effort what-so-ever! Most racers go through hardship, and hard scrap to be where I am!"

"I don't think either of those words pose any sort of difference."

I made her laugh a bit, but that laugh was murdered by the pain that was obvious in her face. I started to drive faster, if her arm was broken, I wanted to take care of it right away.

We made it out of the city with no opposition. I could have gone around, but that would have left us open as a target. Going through meant that there were more humans, and more humans meant more witnesses if this gang tried anything. Soon we were driving the wide expanse of desert, and I slowed down.

         "What are doing?" (Y/N) asked.

I opened my door.

"Get out. Don't you dare give me that look! I'm not ditching you."

She reluctantly set her feet in the sand.

I sighed. What I'm about to do will definitely pose questions for later. I mentally braced myself for the barraging of verbal intrigue. I activated my holo-form.

~(Y/N)'s POV~

     All I could say was:

         "Well, daaaaaaaaaang."

I didn't care about the fact that he didn't tell me about this human version of himself, mainly cause I was blinded by his hottness and how madly in love I became all over again. Also because of the seering pain in my arm.

"Let me take a look." This human-Knockout said. I couldn't help but follow orders.

He examined my arm, to which I grimaced as he touched it. It was painful. He did the basic procedures of examination and checking, and I complied, rather silently. I think that fact unsettled Knockout a bit.

         "You're oddly quiet..." He noted.

         "What is there to say?"

"Well, to be honest I thought you'd be asking a plethora of questions."

"So we're using big words now."

"That can hardly be counted as a 'big word' young lady."

I rolled my eyes, 'young lady' my aft.

"OW!" He had hit a very tender spot, and I yanked my arm away.

"Sorry... You're arm is most likely fractured... We need to to get back to the Nemesis so I can take a closer look."

I nodded and got back into his driver's side. I watched as he deactivated his holo-form.

         "Ready to go?"

I just nodded once more, and fell into silence. Only now did my questions start to surface, but I decided to save them for a later date.

When we arrived, we found the entire ship in chaos. Vehicons ran left and right, their copied faceplates a mere blur as Knockout and I made our way to the med bay. He held me gently in his servo, and I held onto one of his digits, steadying myself.

"You vehicon, what's caused all this commotion?"

         "He's back."

The vehicon ran off, and I was left in the dark of what that meant. Looking up at my devil car, I asked what was wrong.

"Nothing's wrong per-say," he paused, and then continued his walk to the med-bay.

         "Well. You gonna continue?"

"Do me a favor and act like you don't exist for a couple hours..."

"Excuse me?" THAT was uncalled for.

We made it to the med bay, and what I saw, or rather didn't see, astonished me.

         "Um, Knockout... where's Megatron?"
