~Knockout's POV~

I walked into my berthroom to find (Y/N) on her little shelf I built what feels like eons ago. It used to look practically abandoned until Megatron showed up. She used to always sleep on my chassis... I swear he over works her on purpose. I watched as the tiny pile of blankets moved up and down, proof of life, but also proof of death... She won't stop hurting herself. She insists on staying and going through what was once a simple game. Now it's pure torture for the both of us. I rarely get to see her, she me. Soundwave, believe it or not, has been keeping an eye on her when she's with Megatron, and sends live feed every once in awhile, and from what I can tell, there's more than just a simple interest in (Y/N)'s abilities. That's why he always sends her on missions personally.

I lifted a corner of the blanket, finding (Y/N)'s face, and lightly ran a digit across her beautiful cheek. I was glad the fatigue only shown on her Cybertronian form, and even then it was barely noticeable, but that's because the form was manufactured differently than usual. I knew otherwise though. She was exhausted, and slowly degrading as time went by. She argued that she was fine, but every time she does, it proves that she truly isn't.

"I'm sorry my love, I didn't want to do this..."

I placed the blanket back down, and picked up the entire mattress. I had no choice. It was either watch her degrade further as Megatron amused himself simply with her presence, or protect her by doing something she will probably hate me for. Frankly, I'm hating myself for it...

I walked out of my berthroom, and made my way to a secluded spot on the Nemesis. Many of us on the Nemesis had grown attached to (Y/N) and her sporadic ways, one being Soundwave, another being Steve... why him I have no idea... but we all had agreed that the best thing to do would be to take her away to somewhere safe. If Megatron found out she was really human, his fury would be unstoppable.

I found the band of Decepticons that had agreed upon the relocation of (Y/N). There were more than I had thought. Even Starscream was there, but that's most likely for rather selfish reasons.

"We must act as if she never existed..." I said, painfully, "There was never a (Y/N) on this War Ship, and Wildstryke left to... to continue as purely neutral." I did my best not to choke as I said this.

Soundwave held up a small pendant. Breakdown explained what it was.

"It has a holographic 3D picture on the inside. It shows all of us when she opens it..."

If I wasn't so angry and sad and frustrated at the same time, I would have praised the ingenuity of the tiny trinket. Instead a merely smiled in thanks, and let Soundwave place the medallion around (Y/N)'s neck. It had very intricate designs that revealed themselves to be the Decepticon symbol. I used the tip of my digit to open it, and a blue holograph shown itself. I was in the middle of course, Breakdown by my side, Soundwave just behind us, Steve waiving, and Starscream scowling in the back. She'd most likely laugh at that. Closing it, I thanked them once again.

Everyone took a turn holding the small femme, wrapped in her blankets, to tired to realize she was being moved. I wondered if she dreamed that she was flying. After she was handed back to me, I whispered into her ear.

"I'll be back for you, my darling. In two Earth months time. I promise. I-it's for your own good."

I felt a servo on my shoulder plate, I looked over to see Breakdown, an assuring smile on his faceplate. By Primus why was this so hard?

"There's a famous Earth saying: If you love them, let them go. Didn't know what it meant exactly 'till now." His small joke brought a slight smile to my faceplate, but it disappeared sooner than it appeared as (Y/N) stirred in my servo. She had one of her small human hands reaching out for my forefinger, which I moved for her to grasp. She held it like a sparkling would a precious toy as she slept. This only made things even harder. Breakdown had left, making room for Soundwave as he stood by my side.

         "~Time ~ running ~ out~" was his recorded warning.

I nodded.

"Open a groundbridge Soundwave." I ordered.

He did, and I found myself in a small clearing once going through. I pressed a button on a small device I had brought with me, and a small green light blinked on and off. Good, it worked.

I set (Y/N) on the ground carefully, so she wouldn't wake up, and bid her farewell once again.

"Two Earth months, my love. I'll be back for you." I repeated. Before I left, I transformed to my Alt mode, and activated my holoform. I walked up to the sleeping beauty, and kissed her gently a top her head. 'She'll be safe' I told myself, though I had my doubts. I placed a small piece of paper in her delicate hand. She might not realize what it is when she opens it, but she'll know when the time comes. I deactivated my holoform, and transformed back.

Comming for another groundbridge, I quickly went through it as trees in the distance started to rustle and sway. 'She'll be safe' I told myself once again. 'She'll be safe'. But will she? What if she hates it there? Well, she probably will, but I can't control that... She's a human among Cybertronians. Giants on a planet made for smaller beings. She counts herself as one of us, which I admire. As time has gone by, I've counted her as one of us, but that had the set back of her being emotionally, mentally and physically isolated from her own kind. Her only emotion toward human kind is that of hate for her enemies, which I find adorable.

Without a word to anyone else, I went back to recharge in my berthroom. Before I laid down though, I cleared the shelf, and any sign of (Y/N)'s existence. I made a mental note to move Wildstryke early in the morning. With a heavy spark, and the want to escape my emotions, and inner conflicts, I fell into recharge.

I prayed to Primus the next morning that she would be reasonable. Though I doubted she would when she woke up to see the Autobot base...

(I'm sorry... no I'm not, I'm really not. XP This was sparkbreaking to write and I loved every second of it! Hope you all like it! Thanks for the support! Thanks for reading! Love ya'll!)
