~Knockout's POV~

         "Run that by me again?"

(Y/N) glared at me as she stood, tall and confident as Wildstryke. I was about to repeat myself when she shut me up.

"Say it one more time. I. Dare. You."

I hesitated in saying it again, but did anyway. That was probably a mistake.

"You can't go around as Wildstryke here... so we're sending both of you to the Autobots."

         "Like the Pit you are."

I knew I would be met with this extent of opposition, though I was hoping to be met with the fury of (Y/N), not Wildstryke.

"Look, I... I don't want to have to do this but it's the safest thing we can do!"

"What is there for you to have to worry about my safety? If anything I'm the safest here!" She fought.

As much as I realize that, she can't stay here with things being the way they are... Arachnid might try to come back, and I had a feeling she would pull a stunt like this and try to talk to Dreadwing, who hasn't been told anything about lying about the mission... then again I might be able to ask him to... though I doubt he will lie to Wildstryke, if not because of his own honor, then because he doesn't care.

         "Well..."

Come on Knockout think!

"You... you weren't here as Wildstryke when Arachnid and Breakdown went missing, so there might be speculation that you... offlined them?" Scrap that sounded more like a question!

         "Uh-huh, okay I get it."

         "Wait... you do?"

"Yeah totally, I can see the headline now! Neutral party who favors Decepticons OFFLINES HER BROTHER AND SISTER FIGURE!"

Maybe suggesting that possibility was a bad idea.

"(Y/N) it's for your safety! You know Megatron doesn't fully trust very many of us."

"Yeah, except himself, Soundwave and me. While he might have a raised suspicion, it's not like he'll interrogate me on the spot."

While that might be true he'll still tell you the truth of the matter... scrap, and most likely try to comfort you... and you'll realize I've lied... and probably accept the comfort... I just keep digging a deeper hole for myself don't I?

"Look, the Autobots will keep you safe, the both of you."

"Have you forgotten about when the two-wheeler and Wrecker were in our custody? I highly doubt they'll take a liking to the fact that a human A) Knows how to transfer their mind into a Cybertronian body, B) knows how to use Megatron to get my way, and C) has duped them since Wildstryke was nameless."

Putting a servo to her hip-plate, she knew she had won, she rarely loses, but if she stayed, a fury not even Megatron can top would be loosed upon Arachnid. While I would love to see it (if I were being honest anyway), I don't want (Y/N) offlined in the process, which is a huge possibility.

"No... I haven't forgotten, but you obviously don't remember that Bulkhead took a liking to you after you started giving... what did you call it?"

She chuckled a bit, remembering.

"It was the Daily Miko News, he reminded me of a proud Sire every time I told him about the silly girl's insults to you all."

"Exactly, and if they know that Wildstryke is really just (Y/N) then they'll be all the more fine with it."

She responded with a 'you don't know that' in an attempt to sway me, but I had already asked them to take care of her again, but I didn't say anything about Wildstryke also being her, just that the femme needed protection as well, and that she would help them. Let's just say many opposed it, especially Arcee, though the ones who didn't mind were Prime, Bulkhead, and Ratchet. I just hope (Y/N) doesn't try to do anything brash... before or after the exchange...

"Please, if not for yourself, then for me?" it was my last option to try and convince her to go.

She looked me in the optics, obviously torn between what to do. Her expression became solemn  as she sighed, turning her helm down to look at the floor. I didn't want to resort to forcing her like the last time... it was hard enough as it is, but what am I supposed to do?

         "I'll go..."

Her answer was so faint, I asked her to repeat herself.

"I'll... I'll go... I-I just need to pack a few things... I'll carry my human body, that way you don't have to carry this one."

I felt my spark slowly break as an energon tear fell to the floor, and it wasn't my own. She left,  most likely to pack, and I cleaned the medical berth of the dripping energon from my last patient, waiting for her to give the word. Soundwave was already waiting on the launch pad of the Nemesis, and I had convinced her just in time. We might end up a few Earth minutes late, but as long as she's safe from the ugly truth, I'll be happy to keep her living in the pretty lie, no matter how much it hurts.

I was soon done, and found her as she stood up, most likely crying at the foot of the berth, since fresh tear stains were clearly seen on her faceplate. She didn't look at me when she passed me by, not even a glance as she went to retrieve her human body. I didn't follow, knowing she needed her space at this moment. I might not show it as much, but by Primus I'm hurting too. I want to tell her the truth so badly, but how can I after lying, and after she's come to see Arachnid as her sister? She'd be spark broken. Who knows if she'll ever open up to anyone again after being betrayed in one of the worst possible ways. With every passing moment my own hole becomes deeper, I can't even climb my way out at this point, or call for a ladder because no one will hear me. It will most likely be my grave, and the one to bury me alive will be (Y/N).

(And another chapter! Hope ya'll like it!)
