(It's. Fragging. SPARKBREAKING!                ^^^^^^^^^)

~Roman's POV~

"(Y/N) we've been driving for DAYS."

I was starting to get tired of this stupid goose chase. We had gotten a tip from Soundwave about the Autobot medic, but there was no one at the sight. It creeped me out to be honest... it was a literal car graveyard... I think one was looking at me...

"I'm not going back until we find SOMETHING!" She fought, staring out into the deserts of I honestly could care less at this point, "You don't know them like I do... so you wouldn't understand my worry."

Sighing, I kept my eyes on the road. This is a moment when I really saw how much she had changed. It used to be just her and me. Roman and (Y/N) against the world! But, now, it's seems to be only me...

"Well, I can't go any longer... you might have to go as Wildstryke-"

"You know I can't do that," she replied, "Megatron watches me as if he were Soundwave."

         "Right... creepy."

"You took the words right out of my mouth."

A few minutes of silence passed by, until I saw an old expanse of road, abandoned, most likely used before this road was paved.

"How about we go and make a down and back run? Something to take our mind off this for awhile."

I could tell she was contemplating it as she continued to stare out the window.

"There's no one to race," she stated flatly.

"Of course there is! He's called 'time', and ISGETTINGAWAY!"

I made a sharp right turn, making (Y/N) fall away from the door in surprise. Accelerating well past the speed limit, I laughed as my sister screamed, her alarm quickly turning to joy as she yelled for me to go faster over the engine.

"Metal to the pedal Roman!" She hollered, and I floored it, hearing the sleek beautie's engine roar. I loved the vibrations rippling from her engine to the steering wheel, the way she cut through the sand and practically flew on the pavement, the shining sun glittering down her frame catching the small hints of green. Switching gears I made a hard U-turn, the blown sand flying around to the point that I was thankful I had rolled up my windows.

Starting the run back, I laughed as (Y/N) rolled down her window and stuck her head out, grabbing a pair of old goggles I had found to protect her eyes from the sand. She whooped and hollered as she sat on the window, holding tightly to the hood. You can imagine my confusion when she suddenly slipped back in, seeming panicked, and overly fearful.

"What's wrong?" I asked, slowing down.

"NO! Don't slow down! Keep going!"

         "What's wrong?!"

         "Need-to-know basis!"

         "AND I NEED TO KNOW!"

I continued on, albeit freaked out and finding myself worried about what could spook (Y/N) so badly.

"(Y/N) what's-" I was interrupted by the hard sound of an engine. Not a car engine, or a jet engine, but a fragging SHIP! "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!"

"YOU WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT LATER ON!" She hollered back, and I floored it once more, hoping that the black beauty would go faster than she actually could go.
