Chapter 30~ Maliks dont give up without a hell of a fight

Zayn pov

I got to the hospital as fast as I could breaking probably about 15 traffic laws but it doesn't matter this is about my baby girl! I ran in past the front desk and to Justin's room, he was sitting on his bed crying in a fetal position I ran over to him and hugged him

"Baby what's wrong?" I asked

"It's not good Z..." he said staring blankly at the bed sheets

"What do you mean?!" I said tearing up

"She can't breathe and her heart has a hole in it....the air sacks in her lungs are filling up with water....she's drowning on land....they call it pulmonary edema or something like that....they're not sure if she'll make it...." he collapsed in my arms in tears and I cried with him, trying to be strong but I can't...i haven't even seen her yet! she can't leave now! she just cant! she's my little girl and my job as her dad is to protect her.....but I don't know if I can....

"Can i see her?" I asked

"I don't think you'd want to....shes hooked up to all these machines and wires...." he said

"I wanna see her" I said getting up, I kissed Justin's cheek and left when he came and held my hand

"I'll go because I know your gonna get lost" he said with a weak smile

I held his hand and followed him where I seen her, even with all the machines and wires she was the most gorgeous being ever, I actually help create something so marvelous....I walked over to her, she was asleep but there were these two holes were I could hold her little hand, when I put my finger in the hole she grabbed it and squeezed it like she knew I was her dad and how a person would hug someone they've missed. my eyes began to tear up and she started to stir as in to tell me to stop crying and a sort of a reassurance that she is going to be okay....thats all I could truly ask for, is to know she's gonna be okay.

"She's gonna be okay" I said

"How do you know?" he replied

"Because Malik's don't give up without a hell of a fight" I said

he smiled at me and kissed me

"Yea, your right" he said

"Aren't I always" i winked at him.
