I, Princess Luna had just turned 21 and my birthday celebration or as they say now party, had just begun.

"Your highness, would you like a beverage?" a deep voice asked me. I turned around to see the handsomest of my bat guards. " I would love one Moon Shadow." I said with a slight blush. He turned and walked to the beverage table. " Luna, I think he might like you." My older sister, Celestia said. "His name is Moon Shadow, Tia and I highly doubt that a male equine such as himself would like me, a mare way out of his league." She snickered " Ok...Lina." She said walking off. I despised her when she said that. She started ever since one of her guards mispronounced my name. Finally Moon Shadow came back with our drinks. "So... Princess-" I had cut him off "Please, call me Luna. As my guard with the highest status. I insist you call me Luna."He blushed...
