Chapter 19 - In Crocus!

Lucy P.O.V

I had a feeling I had stingy look on my face as I heard all the subtitutes and team thing. I want to verse Fairy Tail, I want to show them I've changed, I want to show Lisanna—

I'm stronger

I piled my clothing in my luggage. I lived with Sting and Rogue since I had no apartment. Those two were talking about how amazing the games were. "But Sting—" "aren't guild masters not supposed to participate?" I curiously asked, but Sting shrugged it off. "It's not like we signed actual papers to get me to be guild master," Sting said, "they still think Jiemma is guild master."

Wait, what? "How?" I asked myself in a rhetorical demeanor, though Sting thought otherwise. "Shh," he put his index finger to his mouth, grinning at me. "I told Fairy Tail that Jiemma is back too, so I can compete!" He shouted in victorious. "Yay!" Frosch cutely smiled, helping Rogue pack his things.

I couldn't argue with that, but isn't that illegal? Anyway, I shrugged it off, it's their problem after all.

I finished packing my things after a little while, Lavendar helping me with a few things. I've thought about it, Lavendar's been awfully quiet for a while now. I wonder what's going on.

We rode on a train to Crocus, Sting and Rogue spilling their cookies. Come to think of it, the dragon slayer was left in Fairy Tail's hands. Wait, no! That can't—they can't! I feel like he has valuable information that even I don't know! I tensed at the thought of it, feeling Lavendar's furry hand touch mine. "Lucy, don't think about that moron. I'll bring him to you later," she stated, as if she could read my mind.

I mean, she can. A few years ago, before Sabertooth, she linked us with body link magic. Lavendar might not look like it, but she's pretty skilled as well! She knows Water Slaying Magic, Aether Slaying Magic, Body Link Magic, Telepathy and probably even more up her sleeve. I really treasure her, she's a good friend.

In Crocus...

"Luna!" A voice called, "Luna!" A voice called, I jolted up. "Huh?!" I yelled obnoxiously, quickly covering my mouth. "S-Sorry..." I mumbled, apologizing. I only noticed the person calling my name was Yukino. "We're here, silly," Yukino teased, grabbing my hand as she pulled me out of the train.

Lavendar...
      Why can't I trust her?
              Mother?
                      No, it's just a dream
                                  It's not real!

I snapped out of trance, we were one step away from our apartment we were going to live in for the next six days. "This looks cool!" Lector exclaimed, his partner nodding in agreement. "Frosch thinks so too!" Frosch jumped, Rogue simply nodding. "All right you guys," Yukino giggled from behind. "We'll get comfy then we'll discuss our battle strategy," Yukino implied, looking at Minerva who was standing alongside her. "Sabertooth Team B is doing it right now so we are falling behind, Sting, Rogue," she glared at them, exchanging looks with me but I smiled in amusement.

"Seems fun!" I joyfully beamed, "we'll have to beat them to it then!"

I don't know how long the GMG is for, anyone know? I just wrote 10 days because I have no clue 😅

And sorry for the short chapter, I wanted to end it on a cliffhanger
