EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Nine and Twelve were bound by the hip ever since Hawkins lab mutated them into becoming literal weapons.
They first found out they could never leave each other's ' sides when Twelve tried to escape the lab and in the process accidentally killed all of the workers because she had ran too far away from Nine. It was then they realized, they would be stuck together for life.
Afterward, they became friends and cared for each other even in the hell they were living.
They made a plan one year, and followed through with it. They wouldn't call it a win, because it landed them trapped in the Upside Down until a little girl named Eleven opened the portal and they escaped once again.
Once in the real world, they met Dustin Henderson and his babysitter Steve Harrington. The two didn't realize those boys would change their lives - one for the better, one for the worse.
NOTES:
- so this is inspired by the movie "radius" where it follows two strangers who have lost their memory and they are trying to remember what led them to that point. watch the movie and you will understand what this plot is about. you can't have this plot otherwise. i believe the movie is still on netflix. it's called "radius"
- twelve is the one who accidentally kills people and nine is the one who needs to be near her or people will die. they can't step further than 50 feet from each other or people will die in that radius.
- twelve must die in the end as a sacrifice to protect nine and the others (the movie explains more). afterwards this will hurt nine severely to the point where he decides to go find his family in the end just so he can forget what he's lost.
- they were living in the upside down and eating the plants to survive while hiding from the demogorgon.
- feel free to change the summary because it sucks
- you can make up their backstories since they can't remember.
- the ships are dustin x twelve and steve x nine although it's mostly a nine x steve fic
- nine is sarcastic and flirty
