fear- chapter one hundred ten

I was running around the woods, I was trying to focus on finding any clue about the dead Hellhound but, being in those woods again just made me remember all the things I've been through. Turning into a werewolf, being hunted in these woods by Argent.

"We can still catch him."

A voice brought me back from my thoughts, "Catch who?" I turned around, looking at Cassie, Malia, and Lydia.

"The killer. What are you thinking about?" Cassie asked me.

"Getting the bullet to Argent." I replied.

"Even if he's the one who fired it?" Malia asked.

"Especially if he's the one."

I was about to leave with them when I heard a heartbeat, which made me stop.

"Do you hear that?"

"Heartbeats?" Malia asked,

"A lot of them." I breathed out, "they're here."

"Who?"

"Hunters. Run." I said, holding Cassidy's hand quickly.

"Scott, wait," Malia called while Lydia and she followed me.

"Where are we going?" Cassie asked, breathless.

I knew she couldn't keep up with me but I was focused on the hunters. They would catch us. They were after us, with their guns. I suddenly stopped, looking around. There were lots of them, pointing their guns at me. I let out a grunt, shifting quickly and snarling at them. I let out a growl and jumped at the first one I saw.

"Scott, what the hell?" I heard Cassie.

"Scott. Scott, it's me!" I heard Sheriff Stilinski's voice.

"Scott!" Cassie repeated.

I looked down at my chest and I felt his gun pressed against my body. All the other cops were looking at me, pointing their flashlights at my face.

"Okay, okay. Come on. It's okay." Stilinski helped me to get up, covering my face. "It's okay. Everybody, stay back! It's just a kid."

Cassie kneeled down next to me, still breathless from the running.

"What's wrong with his eyes?" One of the police officers asked.

"You heard the Sheriff. Stand down!" Parrish hissed.

Malia and Lydia ran towards us while Cassie tried to calm me down by caressing my back.

After Sheriff told the rest of his team to look around for evidence, he approached us to talk.

"I'm really sorry." I told him, "You don't think that saw anything, do you?"

"No more than they're used to," Parrish said, looking at the body.

"You wanna tell me what happened here?" Sheriff asked us.

"He's a Hellhound." Parrish said.

" Parrish said
