Laughter could be heard from behind the closed doors of the training room, such a sweet melody that urged everyone who walked by to stop and listen. If it were any other setting one would think the sound was product of genuine happiness, yet they were at the restaurant, and nobody was ever genuinely happy there. The hallway was luckily empty except for a figure who stood right behind the door, leaning his back against it as he decided he wanted to enjoy the bright sound for a few more moments.

When the melody reached his ears again, he found the strength to push the door open. Immediately the laughing stopped, and three pairs of curious, guarded gazes shot toward him.

Shame, it had been a truly wonderful melody.

"You." Jiro was the first to speak, furrowing his eyebrows in question of his presence.

His hazel gaze locked with a golden one, and the intruder offered a crafty smile in an offer of peace. Jiro was staring back at Toto, the young bouncer who had inserted the tracker inside their skin as a greeting and welcome to the restaurant.

"Hi."

Nobody made a move to speak. Not even Emi, who knew the boy for a couple of years. She was tense, wondering what on earth was he looking for. Then his bright eyes traveled towards ones of an even lighter hue, and she finally understood.

"Sakamaki."

"Its Ryuu." The younger male's gaze hardened on the foreign presence. Toto's smile widened, visibly taking a deep inhale as he turned fully toward Ryuu.

"I was sent to give you a warning. You shouldn't be stirring up trouble amongst scrappers."

The lilac haired boy arched an eyebrow, at complete liberty of doing whatever he wanted now that Shin wasn't present. He crossed his arms above his chest, stepping just a few inches closer to the other.

"Well technically that's your fault. Maybe I wouldn't have to if you put some damn bathroom signs somewhere, don't you think?"

Toto's golden gaze was injected with pure amusement as he stared at the shorter boy, his tongue darting out across his bottom lip.

Jiro almost shook in his place. The exchange was like watching two sides of the same mirror. Both males oozed a mischievous yet incomprehensible aura that seemed to trap them in an impenetrable bubble. The only difference being the tone Ryuu used was guarded and ready to jump at the boy who was using a more casual approach.

"Is your brain not big enough to find a bathroom by yourself?"

Ryuu clenched his fists together before his lips curled in a sickly sweet smile, sarcasm dripping from every single pore in his body.

"I have a feeling my brain is about the same size as your d-"

A loud cough was heard and all heads shot toward the blond who seemed to have choked on his own saliva. His hazel eyes looked desperately between the two males, shaking his head in absolute refusal.

"There are children present." He grumbled, and Ryuu had to resist the urge to roll his eyes.

"Anyway, we're sorry to have caused trouble. It won't happen again." He quickly excused the lilac haired boy's behaviour, walking over to join the two males.
