This has nothing to do with the storyline, so let's say Chan is 5, Meanies 6, Jihoon 8, BSS 9, Chinas 10, Americanos 11, Jeonghan 12 and Minseo 20. Just because.
Chan's POV
"Could someone please pass the salt?" I tried asking for a second time, but everyone was so loud that no one heard me.
"Salt please!" My squeaky voice was finally heard by someone, and Jeonghan hyung passed me the salt.
"Thank you." He nodded and continued eating his food. My plate was more empty than everyone else's, like it usually was, but Appa was watching me. So I took another scoop of mashed potatoes just to satisfy him.
"So, how has everyone been doing?" Noona asked from the other side of the table. Ever since she left to be on her own, she hasn't been around as much. But she still tries to come whenever she can.
My hyungs all started talking at once, and Jihoon hyung and I shared a look of annoyance. It's way too loud in here.
I watched Jihoon hyung rest his head in his hands and cover his ears. I wanted to do the same, but I knew it wasn't the best idea. It never helps anyways.
I elbowed Jeonghan hyung and pointed to Jihoon hyung. Hyung nodded and quietly got up to go around the table and take Jihoon hyung's hands off of his ears. Minseo Noona noticed what he was doing and are everyone quiet down a bit.
"Chan, how's kindergarten going?" I looked up at Minseo Noona and smiled.
"It going good." She nodded and smiled before returning her attention to the BooSeokSoon hyungs.
When Minseo Noona mentioned her new boyfriend, I instantly wanted to ask who's day it was to protect her. But we don't do that anymore. It's too hard. I knew it was Seungkwan hyung's and Dokyeom hyung's day, though.
"Minseo Noona! Look what I made!" I watched Hansol hyung run across the kitchen and disappear into his room. I knew what he was going to get, causing a smile to spread onto my face.
Hansol hyung came out with a pinecone turkey, complete with craft feathers, and held it out for Noona to see. Painted on the pinecone, were things he was thankful for. All 14 of our names were on there. Including Mommy.
"Oh wow! How did you make this?" The two went on into a conversation and I went back to my food.
"Mingyu hyung, do you want some?" I nodded towards my plate and he frowned.
"Only a little." Hyung took his fork and ate a bit of my turkey, but then he started feeding me my own food.
"Hyung." I whined, causing everyone to look at me. Hoshi hyung caught on to what Mingyu hyung was trying to do, and started feeding Jihoon hyung. Causing both of us to frown.
"Ah~" I glared at Mingyu hyung, but reluctantly opened my mouth, allowing him to feed me. I thought he would be done after one forkful, but he kept going. Making sure I ate every last bit. Hoshi hyung did the same, and eventually both of us finished our plates.
"Let's play a game! The team that wins has to clean up!" We all nodded at Joshua hyung's suggestion and started throwing out game requests.
"Could we play soccer?" The majority of my brothers agreed to my suggestion, and Wonwoo hyung went to get a soccer ball. The China hyungs are up makeshift goals in the living room, and we all picked teams.
China hyungs, Hoshi hyung, Minseo Noona and I were all on a team. Appa, Meanie hyungs and Hansol hyung were on a team, and everyone else were on a third team.
We all decided on a point system, and at the end of all of the games, the team with the least amount of points would have to clean up the kitchen. So we all were pretty determined to win.
At the end of all of the games, my team had the most amount of points, so we were safe. The other two teams both somehow tied, so they were sending up two members to play rock paper scissors.
Wonwoo hyung and Jeonghan hyung both came to the middle of the living room, game faces on.
"Rock, paper, scissors, shoot!" Jeonghan hyung put out paper, and Wonwoo hyung put out scissors.
"We won!" Wonwoo hyung instantly started jumping around with his team members, while Jeonghan hyung sank to his knees. Jeonghan hyung, Seungkwan hyung, Jihoon hyung, Joshua hyung and Dokyeom hyunf would all have to clean up. With the five of them it wouldn't be that hard, but no one truly wanted to clean up.
Minghao hyung got out a board game, and I helped him set it up in the middle of the floor. A couple of us started playing while the losing team cleaned up. Someone put on a movie a bit later, and we all just ended up chilling together.
As I curled up on Jun hyung's lap, a thought came to my head.
I'm thankful for my family.
