2 a.m. Gryffindor common room.

"Y/n! Y/n! Y/n!" Oliver Wood poked your shoulder continuously, but you pretended not to wake up. Maybe he'd leave you alone if he thought you weren't awake. But a smile was tugging at your lips and you knew he could see them twitch. It was a mistake to fall asleep on the couch. But you had studied so late that you fell asleep reading 'Hogwarts A History'.

"Y/n I know you're awake." He said and you couldn't help it, you opened one eye just a bit, looking up at him. He was shirtless with jeans still on and you couldn't help but feel color come to your cheeks. "C'mon lass, I need help."

You sighed, averting your eyes from him. "Quit it!" You cringed at your sleep voice. Why? Why was he up so early?

"Yes! Exactly, quidditch! There's a game against Slytherin tomorrow and we can't lose. You're so good at plays, and I need your help." He said.

You rolled your eyes, "Really? Why didn't you ask yesterday, or a few days ago, or I don't know, when it's NOT 2 a.m!"

"Hush. I'm sorry I was too stubborn to ask for help and I blame myself. Now please help!" He begged urgently.

You contemplated, as if it wasn't enough that you got to help your hot quidditch captain and crush for a while.

"I'll buy you food at Hosmeade next trip." He tempted you, and you gave in without hesitation.

"Deal."

                                                                                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oliver was in awe at your superior quidditch play making. "You are officially my favorite player." He announced. You blushed.
You were a chaser and sub-beater. But you could play pretty much any position. "You still owe me food." You said.
"Speaking of that, the Hogsmeade trip is two days after the quidditch game, so what food do you want?"
Your heart leaped at the thought of free food. (And also the fact that you were basically going on a date with Oliver). "The Three Broomsticks." You said immediately. But then you changed your mind, "Wait, actually the Hogshead." Then you rethought again. "But I really like Honeydukes...oh and Madame Puddifoot's, it always smells really good in there and her sugar cookies are the best." You said.
Oliver chuckled, rolling his eyes with a smile. "You have two days to decide, let me know then."
The topic switched to what his favorite place was and he answered Honeydukes. Next to what each of your favorite candies were and soon into random other things. Conversation flowed easily between the two of you, but you were beginning to fall asleep and Wood noticed and stopped talking.
Your head was drooping before you noticed and you were barely aware of him lifting you up bridle style and laying you down gently on the couch. He smiled down at you, resisting the urge to kiss your forehead or keep talking to you. Instead he left you and you watched him go, but he didn't glance back.
You stared at the ceiling and sighed before hearing footsteps and shutting your eyes tightly. Feeling something warm cover you. Waiting for the footsteps to retreat before you opened your eyes, you heard Oliver look back and sigh when he was at the exit before heading up.
In the darkness of the common room, you couldn't tell what was covering you, but you didn't care, it was a little cold.
                                                                         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You were awoken only an hour later at 5 a.m by Fred and George Weasley's bewildered questions. You felt their eyes staring at you inquisitively and flinched.

"Kinda tired guys." You said.

"Sorry, Y/n." Fred said.

"It's just that-" George began.

"We were wondering why you're covered in our beloved quidditch captain's precious quidditch robes?" Fred finished.

The lights were dim, but they were now on enough that you could see that you were wrapped in red robes, the number 1 imprinted on them.

"Before you answer with something stupid-" George said before you could speak.

Fred finished his sentence again, "Wood loves those robes."

He said, George began listing facts before you could interject. "He irons them every other day."

"He never lets us touch them." Fred said.

"He locks it in his chest so that we don't touch it."

"Literally they're his bloody prize." Fred finalized.

"Which means..." George waited for you to catch on, but knowing you would be interrupted again by Fred, you tried to say nothing.

"Either, you stole them." You rolled your eyes, as George took control again.

"Or you're more important than them to him."

Obviously they weren't going to say anything else so you acted impartial although your brain was buzzing. "If that's all, I'd like to go back to sleep." You turned your face away from them and you could almost see them looking at each other knowingly.

Then they shoved your legs off the couch, making you sit up so that they could sit beside you. "Would you quit it?!" You asked sharply.

They rolled their eyes, "She's already sounding like Wood." George said.

"Talking about nothing but quidditch."

"Why does everyone think I'm always saying quidditch? I said....QUIT IT!" You snapped and you heard some rustling up the stairs.

"Uh oh, someone's grumpy." Fred said and George nodded along.

"Anyways, spill it sister." George told you.

You couldn't help but loose a small smile at this. Fred and George were your best friends, but you had told no one of your crush on Oliver.

Although, it would be nice to have it off of your chest. "Alright...but only if you get me something from Honeydukes in two days." You said.

Fred and George looked at each other, "Fine. Now spill the tea."

And you told them, every detail, from when you realized your feelings for him, all the way up to last night and the robes.

A/n, obviously there is going to be a part two of this
