(Trying a new style for this chapter and please tell me if it's 'better' or 'worst' or which one you like the most, also this chapter was based from a roleplay I was in and the whole story line was so perfect in my eyes. the au is a hunger games setting and if you want any answers about what's going on or what happen just say and I'll answer... ANYWAYS LET'S GET INTO THIS!!!)

Karen gripped Craig's arm as he carries her back towards the house holding back tears knowing this was going to happen, "w-we're home now, I'll put you into bed and Kenny will check on you before you sleep" Craig said with sadness in his voice trying not to worry the poor girl in his arms.

opening the door carefully not to drop her he called out wanting Kenny to be by his little sister's side before she dies again, "K-Kenny we're back, Karen is going 'bed' now" he called out going up the stairs wanting Karen to be comfortable laying her down gently and tucking her in with a small smile.

Kenny heard from the kitchen booking it up the stairs and into Karen's room and knelt down beside her, he couldn't help but sniffled holding back tears that were begging to be let out "you okay Karen?" Kenny asked reaching over and holding Karen's small hands in his.

she could only nod slowly as her breathing was going slower, "I'm okay... just tired" she whispers with a sweet smile holding Kenny's hand tighter "hey.. I love you" she mumbles out making Kenny's heart break "I.. love you to" he said watching Karen's eye's flutter closed.

his mind went blank  for a moment as Craig placed his hand on Kenny's shoulder with teary eyes making Kenny stand up trying his best not to cry "I'm sorry.." he whispered softly knowing he's the one who killed her.

Craig bit his bottom lip wrapping his arm around the blonde tightly, "she'll be back soon Ken.." he stated in a sad tone knowing this 'game' will be over soon.

Kenny hugged Craig even more tighter as he had the slow realization that it's Craig's turn making him break down crying onto the boy's chest not wanting his boyfriend to die as well making Craig sigh rubbing small circles on Kenny's back gently.

"Ken... I'll always love you, we'll meet again... soon" Craig said as his voice breaks a little kissing Kenny's forehead, wanting the boy to cheer up that this was the only way for them all to have a 'normal' life.

the blonde soon sniffles stepping away from Craig "y-you'll remember me, right? t-there's no guarantee anyone will remember this-" Kenny was soon cut off by Craig's lips kissing him deeply making Kenny's heart skip a beat as Craig pulled away with a small chuckle.

"Kenny how can I forget about you?" he chuckled out as tears ran down his cheeks knowing he's about to die just wanting to see Kenny's smile before everything ends, "there's no way in the world I'll ever get you out of my mind" he added smiling sadly at the blonde who nodded hugging his boyfriend again not wanting to say goodbye...

Craig couldn't help but hug back feeling his fears building up inside not wanting to die, "h-hey don't think of this as goodbye.. think of this as... see you later" he whispers in Kenny's ear not being able to control his tears anymore.

"I... love you" Kenny whispers back softly through his tears earning Craig to smile happily "I love you to.." he whispers back kissing Kenny's cheek for the last time stepping away feeling his heart beating fast afraid of the thought of death.

"you.. Promise to see me after this right?" Craig mumbles out pulling out his gun from his pocket as his hands started shaking keeping his eyes on Kenny, who could only nod as his eyes watched the gun in Craig's hand making his eyes go wide going up to Craig kissing his lips not wanting to let him go.

Craig kissed back as soon as Kenny's lips touched him making his hands stop shaking as his fear washed away slowly knowing he'll be back again and they would be a happy couple in peace, Craig soon pulled away stepping away from Kenny "s-see you again Ken" he whispered rising the gun to the side of his head watching Kenny's face taking in his last moment alive.

Kenny wipes his eyes wanting to look away but he couldn't help but stare back at Craig who smiled sadly at him, Craig's heart was beating so fast he felt fear and wanting to stay alive built up but before he could back out he pulled the trigger...

Kenny watched as Craig's body dropped to the floor as he dropped to his knees hearing the loud fireworks go off outside signing that the hunger games have ended...

everything around him soon went dark and when he awoke he was found in front of the guy who ran the 'games' "So Kenny McCormick, you won so you have one wish" the man said making Kenny stared down at his dirty hands knowing what he and Craig spoke about before.

"my wish is... everyone who was in the games to come back alive and non of us will ever be in another game ever... again." Kenny stated making sure his wish was clear as the man chuckles, "of course" the man said with a smirk snapping his fingers as Kenny passed out...

when Kenny slowly opened his eyes he found himself in his bed looking around slowly getting up as the one and only thought ran through his head, he grabbed his coat and shoes putting them on trying not to fall as he ran out of the broken down house.

he kept running seeing that there wasn't anymore dead bodies or blood in the town anymore, he soon made it to the neighbourhood going right to Craig's house panting knocking loudly onto the door wanting to see his true love again.

the door soon open to show Craig staring at the blonde confuse "um.. hey?" he said confuse but before he could react Kenny wrapped his arms around the boy tightly making Craig's eyes go wide at the sudden hug before feeling a shot of pain through his head shoving Kenny off him gripping his own hair "w-what the hell dude?!" Craig shouted confuse staring at Kenny.

"w-what?" Kenny said confuse seeing Craig gripping his hair making Kenny pull out some painkillers from his pocket "your head probably hurts, here" he stated as Craig couldn't help but stare taking the pills.

"thanks?" he mumbled out taking them without water like a pro before staring into Kenny's eyes wanting answers, "so explain why you hugged me, before I kick your ass" Craig stated crossing his arms.

Kenny frowned confuse "w-what do you mean?" he asked earning Craig to sigh "you... um hugged me?" Craig explained before glaring "or was that like a dare that Marsh made you do? I'm just shocked you had the balls to even touch me" Craig said coldly rolling his eyes.

Kenny was so confuse he felt his eyes water up feeling his heart break, "you.. don't remember.." he whispered to himself making Craig growl annoyed, "what the fuck are you talking about? remember what?" he asked annoyed seeing the blonde tear up.

the blonde soon realized that Craig had forgotten all about their relationship and all about the 'games' knowing Craig didn't have a choice in his memory...

"s-sorry for... bothering you..." Kenny whispered stepping away from Craig who couldn't help but watch as Kenny left without a word...
