Chapter Thirty Four
As November dragged on Harry and I were becoming closer than ever. After the night we'd spent together I would have thought things would become awkward and as if we couldn't talk normally anymore now that he'd seen me in one of the most vulnerable places. The complete opposite came out of that mattter, actually. Harry would spend several evenings at my home, doing homework, staying for dinner, or just watching movies with Benjamin.
My mom looked at it as a win-win sort of situation because Bengie was happy, distracted, and out of my Mom's hair. My Dad seemed to enjoy Harry's company as well for that always chatted about colleges and where he wanted to go to school. My Dad found it absolutley fascinating how passionate he was about his art.
It was in true admiration when I watched him speak to my dad. Despite the awkward run in nearly a week ago when Harry and I had had our first date they were crystal clear and my Dad absolutley adored him.
"So what're your plans for Thanks Giving?" I questioned Harry wrapping my hand around his forearm as we walked out of the school towards our car's. Charlotte had left with a few girls from one of her classes which I didn't mind. I knew she didn't enjoy seeing Harry and I all lovey dovey anywho.
Other than that, Charlotte and Harry had been civil. They even had conversations in art class. Short lived ones, but none the less she could finish a sentence without giving him so rude look or adding a rude comment about being my booty call.
"Staying at home with Mum and Andy, what about you?" He replied wrapping his hand into mine squeezing it once.
"Not much usually." I shrugged. "That's why I was actually gonna ask if you're family wanted to come for dinner."
"Like everyone?"
"Mhm," I nodded hoping he would atleast think about it. "Your Mom's never met my family and Benjamin absolutely adores your sister. Whats to think about?"
"It just seems like a lot, don't you think?" He spoke letting go of my hand to stop at his car. He leaned against the door before crossing his arms, my heart slumped.
"After what we've done." I admitted. "No, I don't think its a lot." My tone seemed a bit agitated as he picked up on my annoyance and opened his arms to me.
"Come here." He said. He wrapped his arms around my back attempting at an apology for his answer. "I didn't mean it like that. I just meant won't it be a rather large hastle for your parents?"
"They love you, Harry." I spoke into his shoulder. "I don't think two other Harry's would be to much of a hastle."
"You're bias." He rolled his eyes letting go of me and opening his door. He tossed his bag into the passenger seat before leaning his forearms on the top of the door frame. "I'll talk to my Mum about it, yeah?"
"Alright" I sighed.
"Smile, Alexandra." He said grinning at me and pressing his two fingers to the side of my mouth forcing me into a smile.
"I'll smile when you agree to have thanks giving with me." I teased dropping his hand from my mouth. He attempted to steal a kiss from my lips before I pulled back taunting him further. "You've got a lot of thinking to do. Wouldn't want to distract you." I smirked before turning around to head back towards my car.

Finally after several hours of convincing Harry agreed to come to dinner with my family this weekend. It wasn't until nearly an hour before dinner was going to begin that I thought everything was coming into place.
Harry had texted me he was to arrive in nearly an hour, I was nearly ready with my pumpkin colored dress and black tights on, and my hair was curled and pulled back.
