Writing from book

Harry was sitting on at his desk with his Unicorn Gloves on with the journal in front of him. While the rice idea may not have been the best idea in the world, it seemed it didn't quite matter as much as there was no actual ink on the pages and the book seemed to be charmed with a drying charm along with the dark magic.

Neville was sleeping beside him, while Lunar, Neptune, and Uranus were resting on his bed. Lunar on his pillow while Neptune and Uranus were at the end of his bed in their box of blankets.

Thinking about what he should do as nothing seemed to be showing the hidden magic inside the boo. Having a sudden thought, Harry went to find some ink and a quill.

He pulled a new bottle out of his bedside cabinet, dipped his quill into it, and dropped a blot onto the first page of the diary.

The ink shone brightly on the paper for a second and then, as though it was being sucked into the page, vanished. Excited, Harry loaded up his quill a second time and wrote, "My name is Sabbath Black."

The words shone momentarily on the page and they, too, sank without trace. Then, at last, something happened.

Oozing back out of the page, in his very own ink, came words Harry had never written.

"Hello, Sabbath Black. My name is Tom Riddle. How did you come by my diary?"

These words, too, faded away, but not before Harry had started to scribble back.

"Someone tried to flush it down a toilet." He waited eagerly for Riddle's reply.

"Lucky that I recorded my memories in some more lasting way than ink. But I always knew that there would be those who would not want this diary read."

"What do you mean?" Harry scrawled, blotting the page in his excitement.

"I mean that this diary holds memories of terrible things. Things that were covered up. Things that happened at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."(- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Page 240-241)

Harry pushed the diary away from him, feeling sick as it seemed more dark magic leached from the book and tried to connect with his own.

As he pushed his chair back in an attempt to get away from the book, Harry tripped over himself and accidently fell over the chair.

Him and the chair landed on the floor, and Harry blinked as his back and arm hurt from where it landed on the wood.

The noise startled Neville awake who was looking at Harry with sleepy concern.

"What?" Neville asked with narrowed, glazed eyes like he was trying to focus.

"Go back to bed, Neville," Harry said as he shifted and slipped from the chair and stood up.

"I'm not awake enough for you yet," Neville muttered as his head flopped back onto his pillow and he turned toward the wall.

"Wow, such a great friend you are," Harry said with sarcasm heavily in his voice.

Harry heard Neville muttered under his breath but didn't catch it as his friend slipped back to sleep.

Rolling his eyes, Harry shifted the chair back upright and looked at Lunar's concerned eyes.
