I sit with Namjoon as I scribble down the formulas to conclude why on Earth it is that I am an electric current.

After around a half hour of Namjoon and I mumbling things and conversing, we get the facts that I was shocked with at least 600 volts of electricity. 45 volts or so is enough to kill a human, which means I have over 13 times the fatal amount of electricity just floating around in my body. I decide that the reason I didn't die is because of Namjoon holding onto my hand and breaking the circuit and trapping the electricity in me instead of letting it pass through my heart and out of me all at once. We also come to the conclusion that the circuit was straight to me and completely bouncing off of Namjoon.

I get dressed and everybody makes me avoid electricity completely. Yoongi makes me wear his hoodie, and Jimin lends me black sweatpants.

"Namjoon, we have to test it on an overhead wire." I say as I bite into the apple that Jin handed me. "Absolutely not that's- literally over 500 times the amount that can kill you." He says, doing the math in his head. I bite my lip. "Hoseok!" I yell as I bound away from Namjoon. I find Hoseok sitting on his bed with Jimin. "Namjoon won't help me with my science, will you please!?" I ask. He bites his lip.

"Will it hurt you?" He asks, and then I turn. "Yoongi!" I yell, and I jump over to the living room, where Yoongi is conversing softly with Jin.

"We're going to a train track." I say, and he nods. "Okay." I say, just as Namjoon walks around the corner, and leans against the door frame. "Sorry, my member can't go. He might fall, get hurt." He says, as if that'll stop me. "Cool, I'll go myself. There' a chance I won't die by myself." I hum, before slipping on my shoes and pocketing my phone, mentioning the .000001 percent chance. I head out the door and only get to the gate when Namjoon pops his head out of the door. "Hold up, we're coming." He sighs, making me grin.

We stop at a construction store first, and get a huge ladder. About 20 feet. The boys also buy First Aid Kits (the burn version) and a coil so my burn will be smaller.

We then make our way to the nearest railroad.

I look up at the huge pole, and then I help the boys set the ladder up. It seems a very good height, and it's wooden because we decided that it's better than metal in an experiment like this.

I make sure that all but one of the boys stay on the ground, holding the ladder steady. Namjoon decides to climb up with me, and at the top I wrap the coil around my wrist. Namjoon wraps his arms around my waist, promising to keep me steady on the ladder. "You ready?" I ask softly, and he nods. "As soon as I pass out, which I will, you bring me down, okay?" I ask, and he nods. He knows that theoretically I'll be fine, but the burn will be bad and it will hurt. And I will have a lot of electricity in my body.

"Now!" Namjoon yells, letting the boys know as I drop the hook we fashioned out of the wire onto the overhead wire. I grab my wrist at the pain of the electricity, helping the pain in my wrist by diluting the current for both arms. After a few moments of me biting down on my lip, I pass out.

When I open my eyes, I'm on the ground. I feel the electricity crackle in my veins now, and I feel powerful. I feel my burn being messed with, and I sit up, jerking my hand away. I see Hoseok trying to wrap my wrist. Jin, Tae and Kookie are all standing away, and then I smell it. Burned flesh. I analyze my wrist, and realize I wrapped my wrist with the coil a bit too many times because there is about 3 centimeters of just my flesh burned to about the bone around my entire wrist.

Yoongi is watching me carefully, and Namjoon and Jimin are closer but gagging at the smell or sight of my black and burned flesh. I open my other hand, which is shaking, for the ointment. Hoseok hands me it and I make sure to get the ointment in my flesh without wincing. Then I open my hand for the bandages.

I first tape non-stick burn pads all around my wrist, then wrap it with the ace bandage. "Done." I say, and Hoseok shakes his head. "Bad idea, Ara. You literally passed out." He says, making me chuckle. "I know. Come on." I say. I grab his hand with my burned wrist one, and he stands. "I can barely feel it, don't worry." I say. I wonder how exactly the electricity hasn't reached my heart, and then I realize it has.

The only way to get the electricity out of my heart without killing me is from the only way the electricity entered me, my hands. I grin as I realize I'll be actually able to give electricity to things. For a while, at least, now with my 25,000-ish volts of electricity.

And I'll be able to gain electricity as long as I have one of my boys with me, or at least Namjoon. "I need gloves, or else I'll electrocute someone on accident." I hum as I walk over to Namjoon and Jimin. "Are you okay, guys?" I ask softly. Namjoon turns to me. "Never ever are we doing that again. Ever ever ever." He says, and I nod. "Yeah, I think I may have about enough energy to do anything now." I say. "Which means my phone will never die again." I hum, making him chuckle.

"I think we have to go to a doctor, Ara." He says, making me sigh. "I want to learn how to control it, Namjoon. I want to be a human electric socket. Doesn't that sound fun?" I ask, and he shakes his head. "Fine. I'll try to get rid of the electricity. But, instead of a doctor, I want my favorite scientist to help me. My older brother Hye." I say, and Hoseok groans.
