It's You again God,
Maybe I'm not paying attention during the day and so I find myself hearing your voice in the night. Last night, every time I stirred and when I finally woke up, I was so thankful for Your encouraging words: 'surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life'. Here they are in the Passion Translation:
"So why would I fear the future? For your goodness and love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I'll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!"
Psalms 23:6 TPT
Lord Your goodness and love were pursuing me even before I really knew You! You are such a good, good Father and You loved me so much that You sent Your own Son Jesus into the world to die on the cross so I could have eternal life! You loved me so much that You made my parents send me along to Sunday School where I was able to hear the gospel message and decide to give my life to You. You loved me so much that You promised to forgive and forget about all my sins!

Thank You for never leaving me and for continuing to pursue me even through the times when my eyes have not been turned to You. Your love just continues nurturing me through all the highs and lows of life, even when I feel like my faith is small and I forget to look to You for help.
Thank You that You are so good, You want the best things for me. You are just waiting for me to ask! Today I ask for .................................................................... and thank You that You hear me and Your timing is perfect!
When my life here is over, I so look forward to being in Your glorious presence forever! I love You so much!
