Calum

I walked through the school corridors, getting to my locker before Calum noticed me.

"Hey, baby." He smirked as he walked over to me and leant against the locker next to my own.

"What do you want, Hood?" I sighed.

"You know what I want." He grinned as his eyes moved up and down my body, making me scoff at him.

"Go fuck with one of the cheerleaders, Calum." I fake-smiled, making him chuckle.

"But seriously, what would you say if I asked you out?" he asked. I scoffed.

"Don't need to think about it." I replied.

"Why's that?" he asked.

"Because it's never going to happen." I shrugged.

"You never know." He spoke as he pushed off from the locker and stood in front of me.

"I may have deep feelings," He started as he walked forward, causing me to walk backwards.

"That I just can't ignore," He spoke quietly as my back hit my locker.

"And I have no choice but to act on them." He whispered, leaving our faces less than a centimetre apart. We just stared at each other for a moment.

"One date. That's all I'm asking for. If you don't feel any different by the end, I'll stop chasing you. But if you like how we are together, we can go out again. Deal?" he asked. I looked at him with wide eyes.

"Deal?" he reiterated. I sighed.

"Deal." I spoke. His eyes lit up as he pressed a kiss to my cheek.

"Thanks, babe, you won't regret this." He smiled as he moved back, allowing me to get free.

"I better not." I sighed.

"I'll pick you up at seven. Later, babe." He smiled as he walked off.

Luke

I slowly pushed the chicken around my plate as I tried to zone out what mine and Luke's parents were talking about. They had been friends for years, but I had never warmed up to Luke, mainly because he was a cocky asshole who thought that everyone fell at his feet.

"How about Luke, Y/N?" I quickly snapped back as I heard my name.

"Sorry, what?" I asked.

"You're not in a relationship, neither is Luke. You two would be good for each other." Mum stated. My eyes widened as I looked to my right to see Luke smirking like an idiot at me.

"No offence, but why would I want to date him?" I asked.

"Y/N!" mum scolded.

"No, it's alright, Mrs Y/L/N, I can understand why she wouldn't want to date me." He smiled warmly. I rolled my eyes at his seemingly endless charm.

"You never know, maybe you'll like him. Start by washing up the dishes together." I rolled my eyes at her before picking up my parents' plates, Luke doing the same for his parents. I walked into the kitchen and dumped them all on the side of the sink. Suddenly, pain jolted through my stomach as Luke zapped me.

"God, why did you do that?" I snapped as I whacked him on the chest, making him smirk at me.

"Because it's funny to see my girlfriend jump like that." He chuckled.

"Your girlfriend?" I scoffed.

"Yeah, our parents already think we're going out, may as well make it official." He smirked as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I sighed, too tired to keep fighting him.

"Fine. One date. If I don't like you, I'm not pretending." I huffed, making him chuckle.

"That's all I want. But don't worry, you'll love me." He grinned, placing a kiss on my head.

Michael

I walked down the road, just wanting to get home from the torture that was school. I saw my house but then that dreaded voice took over.

"Hey, Y/N!" Michael yelled, walking down his path to meet me.

"Michael." I sighed.

"You want to come to mine for pizza and a movie?" he asked, pointing to his open front door.

"I'm alright, thanks." I replied.

"Come on, it'll be fun. Just you and me, the house to ourselves." He smirked, curling an arm around my waist. I quickly moved out of his grip.

"Michael, I know your reputation. I'm your next-door neighbour, I have a perfect view of how many girls you have to sneak out of your bedroom window the morning after." I sighed.

"I know, but...you're different." He spoke as he looked down, embarrassed.

"How so?" I scoffed, making him shrug.

"I know that it's wrong, but those girls are just to pass the time. But I...I actually like you." He admitted, looking back at me.

"What do you mean?" I asked quietly.

"I mean that I have feelings for you. I have since we were little. But then secondary school started, you became even smarter, I became an asshole, and the chance that you would actually say yes to going out with me grew smaller and smaller. So...yeah." He spoke.

"You want to date me?" I asked. He nodded, not meeting my gaze.

"Come on, then." I sighed. His eyes lit up as he grabbed my hand and pulled me inside.

Ashton

I was scribbling notes in my battered book as Ashton, the class asshole walked in. As soon as he passed my desk, my books were on the floor. I groaned as I stood up to retrieve them.

"Watch where you're going." I spat at him, making him smirk.

"Sorry, baby girl." He grinned. I rolled my eyes at his nickname before sitting back down and opening my book. As soon as I turned the page, a note fell onto my lap. My eyebrows furrowed as I read it.

You, me, coffee shop after school, what do you say? - Ashton

I almost choked when I read the name. I looked behind me to see him grinning like an idiot before winking at me. I rolled my eyes before writing my response.

Why would I want to go out with you?

I folded the note and leant back, placing it on his table. A moment later, it was back on my desk.

Come on, give me a chance, you know you want to ;)

I rolled my eyes.

Are you serious?

Completely.

I sighed before writing on the paper again.

Fine. One date, that's it.

I looked back to see Ashton smiling at the note. A moment later, he leant forward and placed the paper on my desk but kept his head by mine.

"My number is on the paper. See you after sixth period." He whispered in my ear before kissing my cheek and leaning back in his seat.
