Michael

I opened the door to reveal Michael.

"You have it?" I asked.

"Yup." He nodded, taking the hair dye out of his backpack.

"Jesus, don't show it off, the neighbours will see it and then tell mum." I scolded as I pulled him inside. He looked at me.

"Wait a minute...are you only dying your hair to get back at your mum?" he scoffed.

"No, I want to dye my hair." I shrugged. He gave me a questioning look.

"Y/N, this stuff is permanent, doing this just as a "fuck you" to your mum is a really bad idea-."

"I've wanted to dye my hair for ages, Mikey, pissing mum off is just a bonus." I reassured. He sighed.

"Okay then. Let's dye your hair then." He smiled.

I looked in the mirror, admiring my freshly dyed purple hair. I smiled at Michael in the mirror.

"You like it?" he asked.

"Yeah, it's awesome." I smiled, making him return it.

"And mum will hate it." I mumbled.

"Y/N..." Michael warned.

"I'm joking." I chuckled.

"Uh huh." He spoke, making me smile.

Michael

"No." I groaned.

"Why not, babe? Why can't I dye your hair?" Michael chuckled.

"Because unlike you, my job requires me to have normal hair, and I will lose said job if I come in with blue hair." I sighed.

"I'll make sure to buy semi-permanent, it'll come out by the time you go back to work, please." He begged. I sighed again.

"Fine." I gave in.

"Yes!" he laughed as he shot up and grabbed his jacket before rushing out of the door.

"Oh, what colour do you want?" he asked.

"Um...urgh, I don't know, blue?" I sighed.

"Blue, okay, good." He smiled, quickly leaving and shutting the door.

I sighed as I sat on the sofa, waiting for Michael to get home. As if on cue, the door opened and Michael rushed in.

"I got it, baby girl." He smiled, taking out the hair dye.

"Let's just get it over with." I chuckled. He grinned as he took my hand and pulled me upstairs.

"Okay, babe, take off the towel." Michael smiled. I took a deep breath before taking the towel off of my head. I raised my eyebrows.

"What do you think?" he asked hopefully.

"Wow. I really like it. Wow." I nodded.

"See? I told you that you'd like it!" he grinned.

"Okay, you were right." I smiled. He returned it before pecking my lips.
