Ashton

I stood at my locker, sorting through my assignments. I sighed as I shut my locker and my eyes widened slightly as I saw the cheerleaders strutting towards me.

"Shit." I mumbled to myself.

"What the fuck are you wearing?" one of them scoffed as they stood in front of me. I looked down at my band tee that had the words "All Time Low" plastered across the front. I looked back at them.

"You can read, can't you?" I asked. They looked at each other with raised eyebrows.

"What happened to that nice red dress you used to wear?" Another asked. I raised an eyebrow.

"The one I wore in year five?" I scoffed.

"Yeah." She nodded, making me roll my eyes.

"Why didn't you join us? You could have been an amazing cheerleader." One shrugged.

"And become another brainless bimbo? No thanks." I spoke.

"What the fuck did you just call us-."

"How about you leave her alone?" I looked to the side to see Ashton Irwin standing there.

"Oh, hi, Ashton." The main cheerleader giggled, batting her eyelashes.

"You going to leave Y/N alone now?" he asked. Their eyes widened.

"You know her name, but you don't know mine?" she scoffed.

"I have my priorities." He fake-smiled. She scoffed before walking away, the rest of the cheerleaders following behind her.

"Thanks. I was having trouble shaking them off of me." I chuckled slightly.

"It's alright." He smiled before he looked down at my band tee.

"You like All Time Low?" he asked, looking at me.

"Yeah, I love them." I nodded.

"Well, I have two tickets to see them this Friday, so would you like to come with me?" he asked. My eyes widened.

"What about your friends? Luke, Calum, and...er...Michael, is it?" I asked.

"Yeah, it is, but I wanted to ask you. I've actually been meaning to ask you out for ages now, so I thought that getting tickets to see your favourite band would be a good way." He shrugged.

"I would love to go, Ashton." I smiled.

"Great. I'll pick you up at eight." He returned my smile before leaning down and kissing my cheek.
