Calum

Calum and I sat on the sofa, watching TV when the phone rang.

"That'll be the wedding planner." I spoke as I stood up.

"Why is she still sorting things out? The wedding is only two weeks away." Calum groaned.

"Shush." I chuckled as I pressed the green button and held the phone to my ear.

"Hey, Amanda-oh, hey, mum." I spoke. Calum looked at me as I frowned.

"Mum, why are you crying?" I asked. Calum's eyebrows furrowed as he stared at me.

"Mum, calm down, I can't understand what you're saying-." My breath hitched.

"No. He can't be. No." I muttered as tears started to prick my eyes. I took the phone away from my ear and just looked at Calum.

"What's up?" he asked. I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out.

"My dad just died." I choked. Calum's eyes widened as he engulfed me in a hug.

"Baby, I'm so sorry." He soothed as he cradled me. I just sat there, letting the tears fall down my cheeks.

"The wedding is two weeks away...how could he die before the wedding?" I choked.

"I'm sorry, Y/N." Calum cooed into my hair.

Luke

I sat in the hospital, nervously tapping my foot against the cool tile floor.

"Y/N." I looked up to see Luke walking towards me.

"Oh, my god." I sighed as I hugged him tightly.

"I came as soon as I heard, what happened?" he asked, holding me close.

"I don't know exactly. I think that my brother was just driving along and the other car hit him." I choked. He sighed as he hugged me again.

"It's going to be okay, he's going to be alright." He reassured as he gently held my face. I nodded, tears pricking my eyes.

"Miss Y/L/N." I turned around to see the doctor stood there.

"Is he okay?" I asked, rushing to him as Luke followed closely behind. The doctor paused.

"You know, I've been doing this job for ten years, but telling you what I'm about to never gets easier." He sighed. My breath hitched.

"Your brother had several internal injuries that couldn't be fixed. There was internal bleeding, which stopped his heart a few minutes ago. We tried to revive him but...I'm sorry." The doctor spoke. I shook my head as tears started to fall from my eyes.

"I'll leave you alone now. I'm sorry for your loss." He spoke before walking away. I turned to Luke and walked straight into his arms.

"I'm so sorry, baby." He gulped as he stroked my hair. I shook my head as I clung onto him.

"It's not fair...he shouldn't have died, it's not fair." I cried, letting my tears drop onto Luke's shirt.

"I know, baby, I'm so, so sorry." He choked, kissing my head.

Michael

I touched up my lipstick and put it into my purse before looking in the mirror. I had already ruined my makeup, the tears streaking down my face and ploughing through my foundation. I took a deep breath before stepping out of my bedroom. Suddenly, I heard the front door shut.

"Hello?" I called out as I headed through my apartment.

"Hey, baby." Michael smiled softly. I looked at his black suit and tie, his attire matching my own black dress.

"What are you doing here?" I sniffed as his arms curled around my waist.

"You're about to go to your mum's funeral, I'm not letting you do that alone." He spoke, gently moving a strand of hair out of my face.

"But you've still got several shows to play, you should be there, not here-."

"Hey, look at me." He spoke, gently taking my face.

"I love you so much, and I'm not letting you go through this alone. The boys can play a couple of shows without me, everyone understands that I need to be here with you during this." He reassured. I sighed and nodded, giving him a small smile before grabbing my bag.

"Let's go." I muttered before heading to the door, Michael gently kissing my head as we went.

Ashton

I sat on the sofa, curled into myself as tears ran down my cheeks and I clutched the pillow in my grasp. I was so absorbed in my thoughts that I didn't hear the front door shutting and the footsteps getting closer towards me.

"Hey, babe-." Ashton stopped as he saw me. I didn't look at him, I kept my gaze on the mug that sat on the coffee table.

"What's wrong, honey?" Ashton asked, kneeling down in front of me so that he came into my line of vision.

"She's dead." I whispered, my voice barely audible.

"Wait, who's dead?" he asked, wrapping his arms around me and gently running his hand up and down my back. I looked up at him, tears still leaving my eyes.

"My sister. She died a few hours ago." I choked. He closed his eyes and looked down before looking back at me.

"I'm so sorry, Y/N." he sighed as he wrapped his arms further around my body. I clung onto him for dear life as I continued to cry.

"Shh, baby, it's okay, I'm so sorry." He cooed as he gently cradled me.
