I sat next to Calum on the sofa, his arm loosely slung over my shoulder as we watched TV. I looked down and gulped as I nervously fiddled with my hands.

"You okay?" he asked, nudging me slightly.

"Erm, yeah, but...I need to ask you for a rather odd favour." I gulped.

"Okay." He nodded, smiling at me.

"So, I had my first kiss with Tyler yesterday." I admitted. My eyebrows furrowed slightly as I immediately felt Calum tense up.

"Right." He responded after a moment.

"And he was saying...how...how bad of a kisser I am." I sighed.

"Oh, well, that's not very nice." He mumbled. I looked at him.

"I was wondering if you'd teach me how to kiss." I admitted. His eyes widened and he sat up.

"What?" he scoffed.

"I know that it may seem weird, considering that we're best friends, but you've had a few girlfriends, so I figured you'd...know how to do it." I shrugged.

"Yeah, I do, but you're my best friend, Y/N, do you know how weird that is?" he asked. I sighed.

"I know, you're right, I'm sorry. Forget I asked." I mumbled.

"Fine. I'll teach you how to kiss." He mumbled.

"Really?" I smiled slightly.

"Yeah, now, shut up and come here before I change my mind." He chuckled. I returned it as I moved closer to him.

"So, all you want to do is tilt your head," he started, gently taking my neck and tilting my head slightly.

"Lean in," he mumbled, cupping my cheek as he brought me closer.

"And just join your lips." He whispered, leaning in more and gently pressing our lips together. I returned it, cupping his cheek to bring him closer. He broke the kiss and looked at me.

"I'm not sure what Tyler was on about. You're an amazing kisser." He smirked before joining our lips again. I returned it eagerly, taking the back of Calum's neck as he started to push me back so that he was hovering over me on the sofa. I broke the kiss and panted as I looked up at him.

"Did we just become...a thing?" he asked quietly. I gulped.

"I need to go break up with Tyler." I nodded. He smiled before pecking my lips and moving so that I could sit up.
