Danny found himself watching his daughter play in the little self-made pond. Splashing the water and he held a mini fan towards her so that she didn't overheat.

Now that she was now eleven months old, she was coming to the age of being one years old. How time has passed for the both of them and he's learned a lot through all of this.

"Smiles!" Danny smiled brightly, Milla smiling soon after and squealing happily. Throwing water up in the sky and waving her arms around. Causing Danny to chuckle at the precious sight.

Except suddenly he felt like he was being watched, causing him to feel a little on edge; but he still kept the same smile on his face for Milla. About to reach forward he set down the fan grabbed a towel. Picking Milla up and wrapping her inside her duckling towel, her favorite.

Danny began to walk to the house, drying off her curls so that they wouldn't get tangled.

"You want some oatmeal or baby carrots?" Danny asked, watching Milla grab his hair and begin tugging. "Okay I get it, oatmeal it is. You are hurting me Milla."

Milla instantly stopped, causing Danny to kiss her cheek softly. Always found peace being around his daughter and it made him smile all the time.

"Mama! Mama!" Milla screeched in his ear sweetly, squealing as she cuddled his neck and he found himself giggling.

"Milla you're so cute!" Danny squealed, the both of them squealing until they got to the house. His mom rushing to her granddaughter as she scooped him out his arms so that he could make her lunch.

He appreciated the help and assistance he got for Milla, since he did both jobs of being a mother and father. His mom was great assistance and his sister avoided Milla. Broke his heart, but that couldn't be helped and it wasn't his problem.

"She is so precious. Almost like she'll never do wrong. Her father is missing out." His mother gushed, causing Danny to flinch at her words. Not even knowing the real reason for him not being here.

Danny actually sometimes found himself thinking about what Kingston was doing. His Mate for all he knows could've moved on and is trying to move on with his life. Except he was requesting a meeting with their Pack...

He found himself wondering that since he's becoming Head Alpha soon, that he should let Kingston inside. Everyone hated him and he doesn't even why.

Remembering when he asked that question and Danny felt like he was mocking him. Except he wasn't now that he's thought on it more.

Kingston's great-grandfather brought such pain and hurt to their Pack over what he did to his great-grandfather. Doesn't even know of the murder or anything. Maybe that's why his family hid it from him.

"You know what? The Abawi Pack keep sending requests to speak with me. It's confusing considering what they've done to our family." Danny's father snapped, throwing the letters away into the trash. "I don't let enemies into our territory. He probably will try to kill me or your mother or even you or Milla."
