"This really isn't necessary." Danny chuckled awkwardly as Isleen had him in a fitting for new clothes. He had a feeling it was only to keep him from having Aeneas anywhere near the mirror.

Though it wasn't up to him. If Aeneas wanted to go to the mirror, he'd take himself there. He knew Isleen underestimated his son - or did she?

"Of course it is! You came here with only one pair of clothes and we can't have you in the same clothes for forever! I already had some made for you - I just wanted to be precise. Let you decide what you want - like the colors and stuff like that." She tells him happily, holding Milla as she was in a gold dress that was made for her.

"That's a good excuse, but I know why you're really doing this." He sighed, dropping his arms as he caused the fitter to not be able to measure him. "I don't really care for these fancy clothes. I like what I'm wearing now."

Danny got off the podium, going to his son as he picked him up.

"I won't try to get Kingston out - I've already accepted the truth." He lies calmly, and Isleen tried reading his mind to see if he was being truthful. Except she knew Aeneas was blocking his mind - irritating her a bit.

"Is that so?" She folds her arms, and Danny nods. "He's related to me - I understand how hard it is for you that he's there; but it has to be done. Luna's orders."

She watched Danny scoff, surprising her as she saw him walk take Milla from her. Setting her on her feet, he held her hand.

"I know that. The Luna seems to decide everything in my life. She knows best." He said sarcastically, and Isleen knew he was just angry. "I'm going on a walk with my kids - without their father, don't follow me."

Danny walked away from Isleen, and left the fitting room. Now he was just annoyed as he walked forward and could feel the withdrawal. Without his Mate he had less patience. He wasn't rude to his kids - it was others he lacked patience for.

"Mommy?" Milla says to him, and he looks down.

"When will daddy come back? I miss him." She whined, and Danny nodded in agreement.

"I miss him too. He disappeared into the stupid mirror and now we have to wait to see him again. It's so stupid." He shook his head, and he knew he had to stop saying the word 'stupid'. "Anyway, do you feel better? Fully healed?"

Milla nodded her head fast, smiling as she wrangled her arms.

"I healed. I am still mad at Magnus." She growled, causing Danny to smile as he nodded in agreement.

"I agree. He can go...stub his toe against an opening door." He hissed, causing Milla to giggle at his words. "I'm serious! He can stub all his toes."

"Even pinky toe?" She asked him curiously, and Danny nodded down at her. "That will hurt!"

"That's the point." I chuckle, and I see the room that had the mirror. I saw guards blocking the entrances and I knew Isleen did this. Not really much of a surprise...she really didn't want him out.

That let Danny see that she knew how powerful Aeneas was - evidently enough.

Before he could go towards the area he saw Erato walk towards him. That was Isleen and Feyre's son. He has been inside the mirror before and Danny knew that. Except he was in way longer than Kingston is.

Erato stopped before Danny, blocking off the walkway.

"So...Danny I see my mom gave you some custom clothes." He smiled at him, and Danny didn't respond. Erato looked away from him awkwardly - smiling down at Milla. "I really like your dress."

"Thank you..." Milla mumbled shyly, causing Erato to chuckle at how adorable she was. Though when he looked at Aeneas he always became slightly nervous; so he refrained from doing so.

"Why are you here Erato? Don't you like, I don't know, have your own castle to handle?" He asked him in irritation, causing Erato to gasp.

"You really don't like me...it hurts my immortal soul." He playfully groaned, but when Danny's glare didn't ease him he smiled awkwardly. "I know you miss Kingston, but this has to be done. Being mean to me won't change anything-."

"Mommy is not being mean to you!" Milla interrupted him, and he raised his hands in defense. "We want daddy back. You all can just...stub your toes!"

Danny snorted at her remark, but Erato looked at him as if there was something he was missing. His powers were to change emotions, alter any senses, and read the future - like most people with his powers could. He knew Aeneas had much more abilities than him and there was a little bit of envy.

Though his pride kept him from saying a word. He didn't want to be seen as the centuries old man jealous of practically a month old.

He thought he'd be able to alter their emotions, but it became clear that Aeneas was keeping him from doing so. This revelation made him look at Aeneas finally.

He saw his eyes were a pale blue and watched Erato intensely. A chill crawling down his spine and he found himself clearing his throat.

"Milla that it very rude...I don't have toes." Erato lied, and Milla looked down to see Erato was wearing sandals. His toes right before her and when she looked up he had a smirk. "Hah, made you look-."

"Enough of this. You're just being annoying at this point." Danny snapped, and Erato sighed in discomfort. Because he saw Aeneas' eyes seem to narrow on him.

He looked over his shoulder at the guards and saw them watching them nervously. Except when he faced forward he saw that Danny and his kids were walking away from him now.

Danny was annoyed by Erato because he always appeared when he wanted to head towards the mirror. He knew he was just listening to his mother, but he didn't care. There were way too many people standing in his way.

"Mommy will...Aeneas be able to get daddy out?" She asked me, and I sigh sadly.

"I know he could...I just don't know if that'd very wise. At the same time - I don't care, but also I don't want to break anymore laws or make it worse for daddy." Danny confesses to her, and Milla becomes saddened.

"Daddy will get in trouble if we interfere?" She asked him, and Danny shrugged slightly. "I am confused..."

"Me too, Milla. We can wait...two more days...right?" Danny chuckled awkwardly as he looked down at Aeneas. "I know you miss daddy Aeneas - just two more days. Hah...can you do that?"

Aeneas eyes drift off of his mom, but he saw a different future once his dad was released. He could tell show his mom through his eyes, but refrained from doing so. He wasn't sure how he could change history, but he knew...maybe it was best to show his mom.

That's when he looked at him again, and Danny made eye contact with him. Aeneas' eyes turning gold and completely capturing Danny as he froze in his tracks. Milla looking up in shock as to what was happening.

Except she didn't know that it was Aeneas who was showing Danny the future that would determine life or death. To protect his family, he had to show him now.

So that he could change history.
