The next day, the trial was still weighing on Sanem's mind. Deep down she knew none of it was her fault. But those questions were still stuck in her head. Did she lead Yigit on? Was it her fault he was dead? Did she take Can away from Polen? She knew Can never loved Polen. He has told her that from the beginning. Yigit was obsessed with her. She didn't know that from the beginning, but she eventually figured it out. His death was what really weighed on her mind. Could she have prevented it? He left her tied to a chair in her flower workshop and meant to burn her alive. He wanted her dead. Can saved her. Then Yigit pointed a gun at her, Can and her friends. He was determined to kill someone. Mihriban stopped him from pulling the trigger by pulling the trigger on her own gun. So, Sanem knew it could not have been prevented. If Mihriban had not pulled the trigger, then it could be Can dead right now. Sanem would not have been able to survive that. Can was her reason for living. He was her lifeline. She really needed to snap out of this. She needed to go away for a few days. She needed to clear her head. First, she needed to talk to Can.

Sanem was back at the agency. The day care was complete and operational. Deniz, Atesh and Yildiz were adjusting well to the day care. Sanem went to search for Can. She found him in the archives room. Sanem asked if they could talk. He said sure. Sanem told her husband her mind was all frazzled and she needed to go away for a few days. She told him the trial had taken its toll on her. Can said OK, but he was going with her. Sanem told him that was her plan. She told him she didn't want to go far, just out of Istanbul for a few days. Can asked her what about Izmit. It wasn't far away, but it was out of Istanbul. Sanem said OK. Can said he would ask Aziz and Mihriban if they would keep the kids and they would leave tomorrow night. Sanem smiled and said OK. She gave him a quick kiss and told him thank you for understanding. Can told her no thanks was necessary. He loved her and her happiness was his happiness. Can went back to his office and booked a beach house for the next 2 days. They had an opening, which was great. He telephoned Mihriban and asked about her keeping the keeps for a few days, so he could get Sanem out of Istanbul for a while. Mihriban said absolutely. Can told her they would leave tomorrow morning.

When Sanem came back to her and Can's office, Can told her he made the reservations for a beach house, away from everybody. Sanem said that sounded heavenly. He also told her they would leave tomorrow and Mihriban and Aziz would keep the kids. She hugged Can and told him she loved him. She told him she really needed this time away to sort out her frazzled brain. Can said he understood. They finished out their workday. They collected the kids. Can decided on pizza for dinner, so Sanem would not have to cook. He stopped on the way home and picked up a few pizzas. They then proceeded home. Sanem carried in the pizzas and Can unbuckled the kids. Deniz and Atesh ran for the house. Yildiz always moved at her own pace. Can took his daughter by the hand and walked with her into the house. Can was happy she was finally walking. She was his late bloomer. She still was not running like his other two kids, but she would in time.

Sanem had set the table by the time Can and Yildiz got in the house. Deniz was excited because pizza was her favorite. The kids dived into the pizza. Can sat beside Sanem and gave her bites from his pizza slice. Sanem in turn gave him bites from her pizza slice. Deniz asked her parents why they were feeding each other. They were not babies. Can laughed and told his oldest daughter when two people are in love, they eat pizza this way. She looked at Can strangely and said well, don't bite momma's fingers. He will give her a boo boo. Sanem died laughing. After dinner, Sanem told the kids they were going to spend a few days with mama Mihriban and papa Aziz. They were excited. They loved their grandparents. Sanem started bathing the kids and Can cleaned up the kitchen. Once the kids were in bed for the night, Sanem started packing her and Can's suitcases. She had already packed the kid's stuff for their stay at Mihriban and Aziz's. So, they were packed and ready to leave in the morning. Sanem prayed this time away would settle her frazzled brain and thoughts.

The next morning, Can loaded up his truck. They dropped the kids off at Mihriban and Aziz's. Can and Sanem kissed them goodbye and headed on their way to Izmit. It was within driving distance, so they did not need to fly there. They arrived in so time. They found the beach house that Can reserved and Can unloaded their suitcases into the beach house. It was small, but comfortable. Sanem loved it. It overlooked the beach and the view was fantastic. Sanem told Can she was going to walk along the beach for a little while. Can asked if she wanted him to go with her. Sanem told him not this time. She needed to be alone for just a bit. Can kissed her ad said OK. Can watched from the window, as she walked along the beach. He was worried about his wife. She had been through so much since he has known her. His wife was strong. He knew that. He only wished she knew it. He saw her sit down on a big rock. She looked out towards the sea. At that moment, she looked so fragile; so broken. He just wanted to take her in his arms and hold her. Tell her everything would be OK. He knew this was something she had to do on her own, so he gave her space and just watched her from a distance.

Sanem looked out at the sea. She prayed to the sea for the answers she was seeking. She wanted peace over Yigit's death. She wanted peace over Polen being institutionalized. She wanted peace for herself so she could continue being a good wife and mother. She sat there for a few hours, just praying and begging the sea for those answers. Finally, the answers seem to come to her. She knew Yigit's death was inevitable. He was going to happen eventually. He had gone insane. He had become obsessed with her. The same for Polen. She lost her mind, blaming other people for Yigit's death. Yigit caused his own death. Nobody was to blame. Sanem knew she did not take Can away from Polen. Can never loved her. She was more of a friend with benefits. Can ended it with Polen when his feelings for Sanem became so strong. She smiled to the sea. She had found her peace finally.

Can could not take it anymore. He went to be with Sanem. He sat down beside her on the rock. He asked if she was OK. Sanem smiled at Can and told him she was wonderful. Can asked her if she found the answers she was looking for. Sanem told him she did. She told him the answers were right in front of her face the whole time. Can embraced her and told her he was so proud of her. She found the answers on her own. Can told her she was a strong woman. She had proved it many times. Sanem put her hand against his cheek. She told Can the answers to all of her questions and fears. She told him it wasn't anybody's fault that Yigit died. He chose that path and it just didn't end well for him. She told him Polen chose her own path too. She is locked away because of her own choices. She also knew she did not take Can away from Polen. She told her husband she was finally at peace with everything. She now wanted to move forward with her life as his wife and a mother to their children.

Can grabbed her hand and they walked back to the beach house. Can had started a small fire in the fireplace. They sat on the couch in front of it and just held each other.
