I had made it home, and I was just finishing up some homework, when my phone went off.

I sighed while standing up, fixing my outfit. I didn't bother to change from my school outfit, cause I didn't have anyone to impress.

I looked at myself in the mirror, smiling.

Looking closely, I tried my best to hide the pain in my eyes.

I started breathing in and out, doing my breathing exercises.

They suppose to help me when I start thinking negative about myself.

Sometimes it work and sometimes I just end up crying.

I picked up my tablet walking out of my room with my phone and purse.

I walked down the stairs going to the living room, my mama wasn't home.

She was at work until 10 sum, and I had a key to lock up.

I looked outside and as soon as I did, Kentrell had pulled up.

Grabbing my thing, I walked outside nervously.

I locked up and walked to his car, getting in.

"Wassup lil shawty" he smiled at me as he started the car up pulling off.

I looked at him like he was crazy.

'Didn't I tell you don't call me that shit?' I wrote it to him instead of typing.

He looked at me shrugging. "Shiii, ion listen to nobody."

I slightly rolled my eyes and put down my tablet as he drove to his neighborhood.

Like 50 minutes later we had finally made it there.

"Come on ma." he smirked as we both got out.

We both walked up to the house and he just opened it.

So you mean to tell me they don't lock they doors?

I had suddenly started feeling a bit nervous making Kentrell look at me.

"What's wrong ma?" he asked as we both stopped walking.
