I giggled again, hugging him tighter.

"I do know that, cuz you're a vampire. My hot, sexy, steamy vampire that's gonna live forever, so you're gonna love me forever!"

Colby chuckled, and leaned down to press his lips to mine. "You're so stoned." He replied, humor in his voice.

I nodded vehemently.

"Very much so Mr. Brock."

He shook his head and laughed. "Good, maybe you can actually go to sleep tonight then. So you can make your interview without falling asleep during it."

I giggled again. Seemed like I couldn't stop. My head and body was so floaty.

"Colby! I just remembered!" I exclaimed, slapping him in the chest.

"What?!"

"I have an interview in the morning with Prospect Park and Mr. Roberts! I'm so excited! Do you think I'll get the job?" I sighed, and lay my head against his chest, enjoying the feel of his cool arms around my waist.

"I do think you'll get it babe. You'll do great. I promise."

I snuggled against him even more, smiling in content. "I love you Cole." I replied, giggling again.

Oh wow, I felt really good. This was one of the first times that I hadn't just went to sleep almost directly after letting him feed off of me.

Why did I always waste this? Wow.

"Your name is Cole, not Colby. Why do you go by Colby?" I asked, leaning back to look at him.

He shrugged.

"It's something my Mom always called me. Told me that when I grew up, I would have the option to use the name Cole, if I wanted, but she always called me Colby. It's just who I am now."

"Yeah, you're my Coooolbyyy." I slurred out, the euphoria hitting me a little harder. "Wooh, I'm a little dizzy now." I said, falling against him.

He helped me sit down on the couch, chuckling.

"Why don't we chill and watch a little TV for a while before I have to go?"

I nodded, and lay back against his chest when he sat beside me. There was a knock on the door, just as he got his laptop set up.

"Yeah, what's up Sam?" He called out.

How'd he know who was there? Oh yeah, vampire super smeller. I started giggling again.

He just glanced at me, smirked, and rolled his eyes. Sam opened the door, with Kat falling against him giggling herself. I waved my fingers at her, smiling from ear to ear.

"Guess Sam got a full belly too!" I exclaimed loudly, tilting my head so Kat could see my bite marks.

I was showing them off like they were a damn trophy or something. She tilted her head too, showing me hers, which were still bleeding slightly.

"She insisted. I didn't have a choice in the matter." Sam stated dryly.

Colby glanced at me, before he looked back at Sam.

I felt like my face was going to break from this smile on it.

"I feel you Brother. Same issue. Guess we're good to go for tonight though."

Sam grinned at him, showing a hint of his fangs.

"Oooo, that's smexy." Kat whispered, bringing her finger up to touch the tip of one.

"Right!" I groaned out, and giggled again.

"Okay ladies, why don't you both come in here and sit on the couch. Maybe watch some YouTube or something. We'll be back in a few minutes. Gotta discuss something with the guys." Colby said, pushing me gently back down on the couch, as Sam sat Kat down next to me.

We were both laughing hysterically by then, but I didn't have a clue why.

"We need to find Elias. He left just a short while ago. Soon after you came upstairs. Was supposed to just report the monthly revenue to the Council and come straight back. He should be back soon. We're still going to have to report this Millie situation to them also, but I'm trying to handle it first, then report it. I don't want them telling me that I can't kill her." Colby said, speaking more quietly now to Sam.

I guess he thought I couldn't hear him. Little did he know, I could! His voice was something that I would always love. Deep, and sweet, caressing my body and mind alike when he spoke.

I watched him from where I was sitting, noticing the way his shoulders moved under his long sleeve white shirt, and the silver chain that I loved, hanging down his black jeans.

"Kaat." I whispered, leaning closer to her.

"Yeah." she whispered back.

"Look at theeemm." I pointed, and her head looked their way.

They were still talking quietly, standing at the door of the room.

"They're just so damn cute." I whimpered. "It's not fair."

They both glanced over at us at the same time, causing us to die with laughter again, falling against each other.

"Goddanggit." Sam sighed, with a smile.

"We'll be back. It's almost 10, so we'll be leaving in a couple of hours. We'll be back to tell you before we leave. Okay?" Colby said, opening the bedroom door to leave.

"Wait!" I shrieked, jumping up.

I lost my balance and fell, but he was there to catch me in a split second.

I laughed again.

"Whoops!"

"Crazy ass." I heard him mutter under his breath. "Why are we waiting Chloe?"

He sounded a little annoyed so I pushed out my bottom lip, pouting.

"Kisses before you go." I whined.

Kat giggled at my childishness, and I flashed her a grin, before pushing my lip back out at Colby. He rolled his eyes again, and smiled, before he leaned down and pressed his lips gently to mine.

"Me tooooo." Kat said, holding her arms out to Sam.

"Yes ma'am." He said, and complied.

"Now can we go?" Colby asked, sitting me back down on the couch.

"Yes, you may go now." I replied, trying to sound sophisticated.

They shook their heads at us as we laughed, and left, closing the door behind them.

"I love him." Kat said quietly, still looking at the door. "So much. I worry about him Chloe. What if something happens to him? I don't think I could bear it!"
