~Last tour~

-New Jersey-

"What are we gonna do??" John questioned.

"Who's our drummer now?" I followed.

Sam got sick the last minute we're gonna perform. His jetlag hit him really hard that he didn't wanna do anything.

Now, we're thinking of a way on how the show must go on without him. Our music doesn't sound right without its beat.

I looked at Stella from afar who is talking to someone on the phone. It made me curious how she kept glancing up at me as she talks to the person on the phone.

Right after their conversation, she ended the call with a relieved 'thank you' and a smile. She approached us excitedly, "Hey, guess what,"

"What?" I asked.

"A friend of mine who lives here is willing to be our drummer for tonight!" Stella grinned.

"Well that's great!" John exclaimed.

"Who is it?"

As if on cue, someone appeared and greeted, "Hello, old shanks!" I turn around and see Dylan.

A smile spread across my face, "DYLAN!" I launched myself to him with a bone-crushing hug. It's been such a long time, I haven't seen him in ages!

"Hey! Long time no see, eh?" He exclaimed.

"I missed you!" I said to him.

"You're our drummer for today?" I asked excitedly

"I sure am!" He answered.

I couldn't help but grin. How I miss the old times..

But my smile instantly faltered when he mentioned that he knew what happened between me and Thomas. We've been having this tour for almost a month now.. there may have a slight chance that I still miss him.. care for him..

Love him..

I opened my mouth and closed it again when nothing came out. So I ignored that detail instead, "W-We should start now.."

With that, I get into my position.

Third person's POV

As they perform in front of the crowd, Y/N couldn't help but drown herself into a deep thought. It was so deep she didn't feel like singing.

So the rest of the night, she just stuck with being a bass player with a frown on her face while John and Stella take turns singing each song. Of course, her position tonight reminded her of him.

It reminded her of the way Thomas frowns when he's concentrated especially when it come to loving music. It reminded her of the times when he'd bring her along to 'The Loft' to let her watch him and his family perform as a band named as 'Winnet'.
