"OH, THANK GOD! I'm starving. Oh, I'm sorry kids. I'm sorry. Thank you for bringing me dinner." Melissa states looking between Sabrina and Scott. After what had happened at the motel the group of teens were scared to leave Scott alone, so when he mentioned taking food to his mom at work Sabrina volunteered to go with him. Scott hadn't been the only thing Sabrina was worried about. Derek was alive, and while Sabrina was incredibly happy she also felt like he was keeping something from her when she had went to go see him. They had talked the entire night about what had happened to Derek, but it felt like he was leaving something out. Sabrina didn't want to push him though seeing as he was still healing.

"Is everything okay?" Sabrina questions looking around the hospital lobby filled with injured people.

"Except for half the accident victims in a ten-car pile-up being rerouted here from downtown, and the ER attending not answering any of his pages... Yeah, I'm okay." Melissa replies.

"What does not answering pages mean?" Scott asks.

"It means that nobody can find him, so now we have to wait for the on-call to get here." Melissa explains.

"Miss." An injured woman interrupts.

"Yes?" Melissa questions turning towards her.

"Excuse me, can I kind of please have something for the pain?" The woman asks. Sabrina turns to Scott while Melissa explains to the woman that giving her any medicine could complicate or possibly make thing worse.

"Scott." Sabrina mutters. "You can help her." When Scott turns to Sabrina with an confused expression on his face she rolls her eyes. "You can take her pain away. Yeah know?"

Scott's eyes widen as he realizes what she was referring to. "You're right." Once Melissa moves away to speak to another nurse Scott sits down next to the woman while Sabrina stands in front of them, blocking the view of anyone who may be confused as to what Scott was doing.

"Uh, you know, I think that I read online that sometimes human contact can help with the pain..." Scott trails off as he takes ahold of the woman's hand, successfully taking some of her pain away. The moment between the woman and Scott was interrupted when Ethan came through the door holding on to Danny.

"Someone! Someone help me! I need help!"

-

"Okay, gentle! Gentle! Gentle!" Melissa states as Scott and Sabrina help lower Danny into a chair. Once Danny was seated Scott yanks Ethan to the side.

"What did you do to him?" He questions.

"Nothing! He said he was having chest pains and trouble breathing, but it just kept getting worse..." Ethan trails off.

"This is not good." Melissa says checking Danny's pulse. "How much longer on Dr. Hilyard? His larynx has shifted to the side. I think it's a tension pneumothorax." Before Melissa could finish her sentence Danny jumped up from his chair, throwing up.

"Oh, my god." Sabrina states jumping away from him in disgust, until she noticed something else. "Mistletoe."

-

"Can you three please go back to the waiting room?" Melissa asks as they roll Danny on a stretcher.

"Where are the nurses and doctors? Where is everyone?" Ethan questions ignoring Melissa.

"It's a full house tonight-- they're tending to other patients." Melissa explains.

Scott sighs before speaking. "Okay, well, Mom, how can we help?"

"Honey, you can't. His lung is collapsed. His heart is being pushed against his chest cavity, so--" Melissa trails off not knowing how to give the teenagers the bad news.

"He's gonna die, isn't he?" Sabrina questions.

Melissa thinks for a moment before turning to look behind her checking to see if there were any other doctors or nurses near. "No. No, he's not. Scott, you grab the tape." Melissa then turns ti Ethan. "You, grab those scissors and cut his shirt open." Sabrina is left to watch as Melissa reaches into a drawer and pulls out a long needle. By this point Danny could barely breath.

"Mom, he's not breathing." Scott exclaims.

"I know. I know." Melissa tells him before taking a deep breath, without wasting anymore time she ejects the need into Danny's chest. Whatever Melissa had done worked because a couple seconds later Danny was able to breath again. "Okay, there we go."

"Thank you." Danny mutters.

"No problem." Melissa smiles before looking up at the three teens, all stunned expressions on their faces. "What?"

"That was awesome." Scott states a similar smile on his face.

"It was no problem. You know, I mean, it wasn't a big deal." Melissa shakes her head happy knowing she just saved a life.

-

"I know you're not gonna believe me, but I didn't do anything." Ethan informs coming up from behind Scott and Sabrina. They were getting ready to leave and had just walked out of the hospital when Ethan stopped them.

"All I know is that the minute that you got here, you went right for Danny, and your brother went for Lydia." Scott says.

"We're not gonna hurt him." Ethan exclaims.

"Why should we believe you?" Sabrina questions.

"Because we knew one of them was gonna be important to you... And now we know it's Lydia." Ethan says confusing both Scott and Sabrina. What were the going to do to Lydia? A car swerving through the hospital parking lot stopped Sabrina and Scott's thoughts. Scott walked past Ethan trying to see the car more clearly. Ethan went to speak, but was interrupted by the car crashing into another car. Immediately all three teenagers took off towards the car. When they opened the door, they were met with nothing. No one was driving the car.

"What is it?" Ethan asks as he notices Scott stop searching the car. Scott's only response is him holding up what looks to be a dead moth.

-

"So what are you saying?" Scott questions as more police cars pile into the hospital parking lot.

"Hang on, hang on, They were both in the car?" Sheriff Stilinski asks.

"No, Dad, they're trying to tell you that it was two separate kidnappings, okay? Two doctors, both gone." Stiles explains. Though it shouldn't have been their first reaction, they had called Stiles before the police. He had showed up about 30 minutes ago rambling about possible theories.

"So, whose car is this?" Sheriff Stilinksi questions looking at the crashed car.

"Dr. Hilyard, the on-call doctor. The ER attending is the one that never made it back in." Melissa tells him.

"Let me just focus on getting your story first, all right?" The Sheriff asks turning towards Melissa.

"Yeah." Melissa replies nodding.

"Kids, give us a second." Sheriff Stilinski says urging the trio to move out of ear-shot distance. Once the trio walked away they started a conversation of their own.

"These are definitely sacrifices, right?" Sabrina questions.

"Yeah." Stiles begins. "It's the one Deaton mentioned-- Healers."

"What about Danny? He threw up mistletoe. That's not a coincidence, and if he hadn't been with Ethan, he probably would've died. Danny's not a healer." Scott exclaims.

"I- Can you hear that?" Stiles cuts himself off as he notices the look on Scott's face, he must of heard something that wasn't good.

"They found a body." Scott states.
