Den is now in the Valdez household, early in the morning. Wednesday ngayon pero wala silang pasok kasi may retreat yung mga teachers nila. You know, Catholic school things. Yung mommy niya, nakapasok na, si Mosh, hinatid na ni Ate Ana kaya maaga din siyang nagising kahit wala ngang pasok. She left Jus in their house, still sleeping.
"Pwede po akong tumaas, nay?" She asked. They're done preparing the breakfast of the Valdez fam.
"Ay, sige lang at ikaw na ang gumising kay Alyssa." Sagot naman ni Nanay Elsa. "Gigisingin ko lang ang mga kuya at daddy niya."
"Ay, andito po si tito?" Den asked before heading upstairs.
"Oo. Umuwi kagabi. Kasabay ng mommy mo." Sagot ni Nanay Elsa.
"Ah, akala ko po mag-isa si mommy eh." Den said. "Sige po, gisingin ko na po si Ly."
Den still knocked on Alyssa's door but she obviously won't open up. She turned the knob and it was surprisingly unlocked. Ly always locks her room, dala niya na nga yung susi from Nanay Elsa so she can open the door, but yun nga, bukas naman. She went in and saw Alyssa sleeping soundly, with her usual, nakadapa position when sleeping. Den smiled at that sight. Alyssa's just too cute. She fished her phone from her pocket and took a picture of Alyssa. She went to her gallery and smiled seeing an album. Yes, she made a whole Alyssa album in her photos, composed of selfies Alyssa has sent her and some of her stolen shots of Alyssa. Nadagdagan na naman ang collection niya. She chuckled at her own thought. After that mini moment, she sat on the edge of Alyssa's bed.
"Ly, gising na. Breakfast's ready." She said and pulled Ly's covers but immediately put it back when she saw that Alyssa's wearing boxers. "Oh my gosh." She said. "U-uhm, Alyssa, wake up na. They're waiting na sa baba. Sige na." She said and inalog-alog na lang si Ly.
"Hmmm.." Ly responded tas nagtalukbong.
"C'mon, Ly. Don't be such a kid. Bangon na diyan." Den said, but Alyssa still didn't move an inch. She thought of something crazy but looked first if Ly's brothers and dad are already awake. She smiled seeing them in the dining area already.
"Uy, Den andito ka pala! Tara, kain!" Paulo said when he saw Den na sumilip sa pinto ng kwarto ni Ly.
"Sige, kuya. Gisingin ko lang 'to. Hi, Kuya Nicko! Hi, tito!" She greeted them then went back in.
She looked for Alyssa's speaker and looked for a good loud music. Her phone's already connected to it. She played You Know I'll Go Get, the famous Tiktok slash coffin song at sinabayan pa ng sayaw at kanta.
"YOU KNOW I'LL GO GET!!!" Den said and she saw kung paanong gulat na gulat na napatalon si Alyssa sa kama niya at nalaglag pa. Naka-full volume kasi yung phone pati yung speaker. "Oh shit." She went to Alyssa's side and saw that she's wincing in pain while holding her back. "Sorry sorry."
"Ugh.." Ly groaned.
"Anong nangyari? Bat napakalakas ng tugtog?" Tanong ni Nanay Elsa. Pinatay naman ni Den yung music. Ly's brothers and dad is also there.
"Ah, sorry po. I was trying to wake her up lang po. But napasobra ata." Nahihiyang sabi ni Den.
"Where's Ineng?" Tito Ruel asked.
"A-andito po." Den said tas nagpunta ulit sa gilid ng kama ni Alyssa. "Sorry." She said and helped Alyssa get up.
"Anyare, Ineng?" Natatawang tanong ni Nicko.
"Bat kasi nagswi-swimming ka diyan sa sahig?" Biro naman ni Paulo.
"Kayo talagang dalawa, nasaktan na nga ang kapatid niyo eh. Ayos ka lang ba, nak?" Nag-aalalang tanong ni Nanay Elsa.
