A day before game 4 of the finals, the Lady Eagles are really practicing so hard. They've been the bride's maid for the last two years, this year, they wanna be the bride.
"Ella, Den, seryoso naman! Kanina pa eh!" Ly said. "Game, Ji!" She said and binato kay Jia yung bola para magpa-set.
"Bat ang sungit?" Ella asked. Nagtatawanan kasi sila ni Den nung sinaway sila ni Ly.
"Ewan. Kanina pa yan nung papunta kami dito." Den answered.
"Okeh, okeh!" Coach Tai said and tinawag na sila to end the training. "Tomorrow, win ah? Champion! Can do, can win!" He said.
"Hey, hey! Lets go! Ateneo, one big!" Ly said.
"Fight!" Sagot nila.
"1, 2, 3!" Coach Tai said.
"Heartstrong!" They said in unison.
After that, nilapitan naman agad ni Den si Alyssa para kausapin. "Uy, okay ka lang?" Tumango lang si Alyssa habang umiinom ng Gatorade. "Weh?" She said and siniko si Alyssa.
"Okay nga lang ako." Ly said tas uminom ulit.
"Eh bat ang sungit mo?" Den asked.
"Kulit niyo kasi eh." Ly said.
Kinuha naman ni Den yung towel na hawak ni Alyssa at pinunasan siya ng pawis.
"Masakit pa ba shoulder mo?" Den asked.
Ly shook her head, "Ako na, babe." She said and aagawin sana kay Den yung towel pero iniwas niya.
"Sabi na, galit ka eh." Den said.
"What? Hindi nga sabi." Ly said. Pinipilit niya pa rin kunin kay Den yung towel pero ayaw naman ibigay ni Den.
"Pag hindi ka galit, ikaw pa mismo nagsasabi na punasan kita. You even get pikon if I don't do it." Den said and pinunasan ulit si Alyssa. "Tas ngayon, gusto mo ikaw? I know you damn well, babe." She said. "What's the matter?"
"W-wala nga." Ly said.
"You'll tell me or ako maiinis sayo?" Den said. Ly sighed, nabaliktad na naman siya. "Ano?"
"Kasi naman eh." Ly said.
"Ano?" Tanong ulit ni Den.
"N-naiinggit kasi ako kay LA." Ly said. She looked down on the floor and bit her lower lip.
"Ha? Bakit?"
"Kasi, you two have been going out for a week now. Every after training, kumakain kayo. I just hate na nakakalabas kayo tas tayo hindi. Gusto rin naman kita i-date eh." Ly said, still looking down.
Den smiled, "Nagde-date rin naman tayo everyday dito sa training, ah? Twice a day pa nga." She chuckled.
"Babe naman eh." Ly said. "Iba naman yun."
"Iba nga kasi mas gusto ko yung date natin." Den said. "I like it more when I see you smile everytime you get your ball over Amy and Ayel's block. I like it more when I see your face scrunch up everytime you hit the ball out or into the net. I like it more when I see you sexily wipe your sweat with your shirt, showing your abs na dati payat lang." They chuckled. "And I love it more when I see you smile everytime the team's having fun, even in Coach Tai's presence. That right there is the ideal date and I would never trade that for anything."
"Even with Blake's and Icebergs dates with LA?" Ly asked.
"Diet naman ako eh." Den answered. Ly smiled and Den pinched her nose. "You're sooo cute!"
"I know." Ly said and stood up then dragged Den papunta sa shower room.
"Bawal magpagod masyado ah!" Ella shouted.
