Deej woke up early and lumabas ng kwarto. She texted Kath that he's out so she won't worry. Alyssa naman also woke up early and decided na lumabas din. She wrote a short letter on a small piece of paper, informing Den that she went out for a quick walk sa may beach. Deej is walking papunta sa elevator when he heard footsteps following him. He looked behind and saw Alyssa na papunta din sa elevator. They smiled at each other but didn't say anything hanggang asa loob na sila ng elevator.
"San ka?" Deej finally asked.
"Ground floor. I'll go for a walk outside." Ly answered.
Deej pressed the button, "Pwedeng sumama?" He asked. Ly just shrugged as an answer.
They walked out of the elevator and of the hotel. Tahimik lang ulit sila habang naglalakad sa may tabing-dagat. They both want to say something pero parehas silang takot at kinakabahan.
"Sabi lang ni Den, mag-usap bago malasing. Hindi bago sila magising. Ano ba 'to." Ly thought.
"Grabeng tomorrow naman 'to, Kath." Deej also thought to himself.
He knows Ly won't speak until he does so nauna na siyang magsalita.
"A-ah, Aly, can we talk?" He asked.
Ly sighed, "S-sure." She answered. They walked a little more hanggang sa makarating sila sa cottage nila kahapon at naupo dun.
"Alyssa, I know, alam mo na." Deej started. Ly didn't say anything. "Sorry, if I had to lie and hide it from you. Takot lang ako, kami nila mama at papa na baka pag nalaman mo, magalit ka. We were just slowly making our way to be close to you. The foods I gave you, it came from mama. Tito Ruel and Tita Lita already got you. Sa kanila ka na. Anak ka nila at kapatid ka na nila Kuya Paulo and Kuya Nicko and eventually, ni Kian." Deej said. Both of them are on the verge of crying. "We tried looking for you pero we had a hard time, since hindi naman namin alam kung anong pangalan mo. I always try to find you sa mga napupuntahan kong lugar but how can I do it kung hindi ko nga alam itsura mo, diba? I moved to Manila, three years ago and we thought na dun ka na namin makikita." He smiled a bit. "We were right. I saw you there, sa school. But, I didn't know it was you, until we became org mates when we were in first year and you shared to us na you're adopted. Simula nun, hindi na ako tumigil maghanap ng mga clues and proof na you're my sister nga. It wasn't so hard for me kasi you became really famous and I saw a lot of write ups about you and your life. I confirmed it when you went to Baguio with Den for a camp. You didn't notice me but I was also there. I was part of the camp and on our last day there, I saw you bring Den to the orphanage. It was still not a hundred percent confirmed so I told mama and papa to go sa Manila and find it out themselves. Totoo na papa's job was moved sa QC but kahit hindi nangyari yun, they'll still go there and see you. Tas nagpunta sila sa bahay niyo, diba? Pero you left them and told them na ayaw mo sa kanila. That's when they told me to get closer to you. That's when I made a move and tried being friends with you. I was so happy kasi pumayag ka and we almost automatically clicked. Pero, I can't do anything but to tell stories kila mama at papa kasi hindi naman sila makalapit sayo. Pero, okay lang. They're being super patient with you.
