3 YEARS AFTER
APRIL 2023
Its been a rough and tough three years for the gang. A lot of things happened, most of it are unexpected. Couples after couples after couples got married. First it was Mika and Kiefer, next was Ysay and Ella. Deej and Kath tied the knot too and Rex and Ciacia are next, next month. Ara and Bang also got married in Bali just after Kim and Mela were married in New Zealand. Bre, Niccolo and Jessey are also married. Wala nga sila dito. Honey moon kasi last week lang sila kinasal. They're in Turkey. Shala, diba. Lol. Thirdy and Julia are also engaged as well as Maddie and Bea. These two couples will get married on November and December of 2023. Jovee, LA and Gretch aren't single anymore but are not married as well. Its understandable 'cause they are all new in their relationship. What's not understandable is the fact that Alyssa and Dennise aren't married, yet. They've been together for 8 years, 11 if they hadn't broken up. And yes, its AD so they continued the count.
"Boi, nanonood na naman si Den ng proposal videos sa IG oh. Ayaw mo pa kasi. Andami na tuloy expectations niyan. Bahala ka." Kief told Alyssa. They're here at the 2nd floor and kita nila si Den sa baba. "Pressure yun lalo."
"Chill ka lang, okay? We'll get there." Ly said.
"You've been telling us that 'we'll get there' shit for two years, now. Yung totoo, kelan ka talaga makakarating dun?" Kief said while shaking his head. "Di naman sa pag-aano ha,"
"Pero parang ganun na rin?" Ly joked.
Kief chuckled, "Oo. Parang ganun na nga rin. Mang-aano na rin." He said. "Pero hindi, boi. Seryosong usapan. Di ka ba naiinggit samin? I mean, like sa mga kinasal dito? In a span of three years, kinasal kami ni Mika, si Ysay and Ella. Si Deej at Kath at lahat kami dito. Rex and Ciacia are also on their way. Even si Bea and Maddie pati si Thirdy and Julia. Eh ikaw? Kayo? Anong plano? Nauna pa nga si Niccolo at Jessey sa inyo. Don't tell me, you're waiting for Den to propose to you?"
Alyssa hit his head, "Gago, hindi!" She said. "I'm just really taking my time. I want it to be special. Tsaka, lahat na nga kayo kinasal. Ilan kayong magkakasabay nung 2021, 2022 tas this year sila Rex, Thirdy at Bea. I want it to be ours. I want it to be our own year. Yung walang kaagaw. Yung amin lang yung taong yun." She dreamily said.
"So, kelan nga?" Kief asked.
"I'll propose before the year ends." Ly said and smiled.
"Yooon! Jusko!" Kief exclaimed. Den and Kath who are in the living room looked at them. "Ay, sorry. Na-excite lang. Hehe." He said and nag-peace sign sa dalawa. The girls just shook their heads.
"Ingay mo, tanga!" Ly whispered.
"Sorry, naexcite ako eh." Kief said. "Tara na, plano na tayo."
"Wag ka muna maingay. Kayo lang muna ni kuya. Hayaan mo na si Rex mag-focus sa wedding nila ni Ciacia." Ly said.
"Eh si Ysay? Di natin sasabihan?" Kief asked.
"Ella's pregnant. Let him be the the husband and the dad!" Ly said. "Sasabihin ko naman sa kanila pero I won't involve them as much. Kayo kasi ni kuya, wala namang ginagawa eh."
"Oh, ano naman kung wala kaming ginagawa ni Kief?" Biglang sulpot ni Deej sa likuran nilang dalawa.
"Edi, that means you can help me." Ly said.
"In?" Deej asked.
"I'm proposing before the year ends." Ly answered.
"Shit, magugunaw na ba ang mundo?!" Deej said.
"Tanga, wag ka maingay!" Ly said and binatukan ang kuya niya.
"Love, ano ba? Nag-uusap na naman kayo tungkol sa babae!" Kath said. Saktong lumabas si Mika from the kitchen at narinig yon.
