That night, Ly decided to stay on Amy and Bea's room. Den tried to talk to her pero ayaw niya. She didn't wanna hear Den's explanation kasi the fact the she heard Den say what she said, nasaktan na siya. Feeling niya, okay lang kay Den yung gusto nila. Ano, okay lang sa kanya na magka fake boyfriend sila? Para saan? Bakit? Like what A said, ano sila bata? Basta, Ly was hurt. She's gonna talk to Den naman, but baka bukas na pag okay na siya. Di naman siya galit, nasaktan lang. She can't even stand it dati pag may mga pinapadala si JP kay Den tas ngayon, magkaka-boyfriend siya na pwede nilang gawin lahat? Yung mga bagay na hindi nila magawa together? Kamusta naman yun, diba?
"Ly, eat first. There's still food downstairs." Amy said.
"Sige lang, Ki. Busog pa ko." Ly said without even looking at Amy.
"What did she say?" Amy whispered to Bea.
"She's full pa daw." Bea answered and Amy nodded.
"Okay. Just go down if you get hungry, we've left food for you." Amy said. Di na lang sumagot si Alyssa.
Amy and Bea just lied on their bed and hinayaan na lang si Alyssa na nakahiga din. Buti na lang may spare bed sa kwarto nila. After a few minutes of silence, Alyssa sat on the bed.
"Am I not enough?" She suddenly said which made her two batchmates sit on the bed as well.
"W-what?" Amy asked.
"Kasi, it seems like its fine for Den to have a fake guy. Don't she like me anymore? Or maybe, I'm just not enough that's why she wants someone else. Someone who can give her the things I can't. Someone who can go out on dates with her, who can hold her hands in public, hug her and even kiss her whenever she wants. Maybe, I'm really not enough." Ly said as she plays with the sheets.
Bea sat beside her, "Don't think that way. Den loves you so much and you're more than enough for her. Maybe, she just got carried away with her emotions, kaya ganun. You two need to talk first."
"Bea's right, Ly. Maybe, she just thinks that doing that will help you. And she may be right, also. I mean, you gotta look on all sides and all angles of it. In short, you really need to talk. And, she's been reaching out to you for more than an hour now. You don't want the reversal of roles to happen, right?" Amy said and chuckled. "I'm afraid that on her next knock, she's the one mad at you na, for not talking to her."
"Ly!" Ella said and knocked on the door. "Alyssa, tawag ka daw ni Sir Rax sa baba!"
Sir Rax was the prof who wanted Alyssa to run as first year representative before. Well, Alyssa did join the elections and won kaya every year na siyang kasali. She's now the president of their school / department. (Yung John Gokongwei School of Management ganern, kunwari alam ko. Lol.) Alyssa sighed kasi he always comes on a wrong timing. There was this one time na sila lang ni Den ang tao sa dorm and they were cuddling. Malapit na sila mag-hmmm, charot, mag-kiss pero her phone rang, Sir Rax' name on the caller ID kasi he needs Alyssa's help daw with something.
"Always the wrong timing, huh?" Amy said and chuckled.
Ly sighed and shook her head, "Always." She stood up and opened the door. "San siya?"
"Asa lobby daw." Ella answered. Alyssa closed the door and bumaba kasabay ni Ella.
She saw Den sleeping on the couch. She turned the electric fan on kasi malamok sa sala nila pag hapon at gabi tas dumiretso na sa labas. Ella smiled at that.
"Caring as hell." Ella whispered.
Ly didn't hear that anymore and dumiretso na lang sa baba.
"Sir!" She said to get the attention of Sir Rax.
