MJ ended up crashing in Matt and Rebekah's room, both girls lying on top of each other on the bed, while Matt took a picture of them to laugh at in the morning.

They'd started to talk about other things, needing a lighter topic of conversation before drifting off.

Rebekah and Matt were using Prague as a base, a place to crash and plan their other stops, leaving in the morning, while MJ was going back to trying to work out what her brother was up too. He'd booked a ticket to Romania from Prague, so she had too.

MJ was getting dressed while Rebekah read through another entry on the bed, laughing.

"Bex?"

"I can't believe how mad he is about the stuff in the 1900s!"

MJ gave Rebekah a look, "Isn't that when you got him daggered?"

"Yeah," She tossed the book back to MJ, "But I'm not talking about that – I'm talking about his little rant about witches."

MJ shook her head, "I haven't read through that one yet."

"Basically," Rebekah stretched her arms back, "Kol was up to something, trying to use a diamond to take down Nik, and since Kol was working with witches, Klaus trapped them all in some house for the rest of their lives."

MJ frowned.

"Kol spends a page rambling on about how angry he is; next page, completely forgotten as he talks about some other witch he's met and invited to the family Christmas party."

"Hm," MJ shrugged, deciding not to voice her opinions on that situation, "Elijah said that whenever you guys had any semblance of happiness, one of the rest of you always ripped it away...just how true is that?"

Rebekah snorted, "It was usually Klaus."

"Okay."

"He killed most of my boyfriend's through the centuries. He's certainly killed off enough of Elijah's partners, and...well, I guess Klaus and I are responsible for Sage's lack of acceptance," She paused to think, "Kol and he had to outdo each other in other ways though since Kol killed most of his partners himself."

'Psychotic Maniac' after all.

MJ's phone went off, the alarm that meant she had to leave if she wanted to trail her brother to Romania.

"You guys have a good summer," MJ waved her hand to summon her bags from her room.

Matt gave her a big hug, "Bye, MJ."

"Feel free to give us a call if you want any company," Rebekah smiled.

The train travel was good for her; getting to see the world was like a spiritual reset for her soul.
