CHAPTER 13✓.

PAULA'S POV.

The moment I saw him I felt my whole world falling apart this couldn't be happening there  stood the person I hate the most in the world  . "Hayden Adrian Costello ". Suddenly i started panicking my hole body numb as I started shaking with tears  . Suddenly everything  started fading blur with my legs becoming weak as my eyes closed but before my body hit the floor an arm held me by the waist and that's when I lost consciousness.

I slowly opened my eyes blinking when I felt someone sprinkle droplet of water on my face . I fully opened my eyes trying to stand up when I hand held me trying to support me to stand . I rised my head to look at the owner of the hand . immediately I flinched away shaking as I quickly ran out to the washroom. I splashed water on my face . I just couldn't believe it ........ please tell me this was a bad dream . Someone please wake me up...... I looked at myself in the mirror as tears the run down my face   . I backed away sitting on the washroom floor holding onto my knees crying .........this really can't be happening. I sat on the floor for hours crying till my tears became dry. I can't be here i need some fresh air. I quickly got up washing my face and fixing my self before heading out of the washroom.

"Hey Sarah please I need go somewhere very urgent i don't think I will be back " I said to here running back to my office to grab my staffs before she could reply  as i left the building.
I had been walking for the pass one hour not know where to go so I decided to walk to a beach for some air.  I walked on the beach thinking what I was going to doing next . I have to resign immediately . how come when Maria told me about Adrian Costello my mind didn't go to Hayden . But if I resigned what am I gonna tell Lewis. Also Mom's life is at risk  .........i really need this money besides the pay is huge . I have to do this for mom and Lewis ,she has been a great mother to me when my parents abandoned me. Yes I will have to do this no matter the circumstances.........cause am now a strong woman of substance with those thoughts I went straight to Julia's house to pick Damien before heading back home to prepare dinner . Soon Lewis came back homes as we had our dinner . I wasn't gonna tell him anything just not now or else he did make me resign then I will suffer to find another that will pay a huge sum of money like COSTELLO'S FOUNDATION . After dinner we all went to bed since it was a stress day .I had  a very tough time trying to sleep  as memories of my past filled my mind . No I have buried these memories I can't pass get in the way of saving mom's life .

I woke up doing my normal morning routine taking Damien to school before to work . Immediately I got to the office I straight to my office setting my bag down as I started to work on some documents . 20 minutes  later I heard a voice speak through the intercom.
"Miss Leighton in my office now with my coffee"

In rolled my eyes irritated just for mom I will have to cope with this sick bastard . So got out heading to the office mini kitchen to make a cup of coffee for him before heading to his office with a straight face full of hatred  as I knocked on the door . Immediately I entered setting the cup on his table stepping back to see his disgusting pervert eyes watching me smirking make me more angry . .....oh gosh how much I hated him  I just wish I could stab him to death.
"Anything else Mr Costello" I snapped at him bring back to his foolish sense.

"Yes have a sat" he said as he started talking to which I paid no attention to till he stretched as hand for a handshake introducing himself.  eeel.......this bastard really got the balls to stretch  that disgusting hands of his to me. Who knows how many pussies that filthy hands have been in. I watched his stretched hand in disgust   

"I rather not who's knows where those filthy hands have been!!!" I muttered to myself but I think he heard because his facial expression changed  to which I don't really give a f**k about .

"Excuse me"

"I don't shake hands , Paula Leighton"  I snapped at him.

"DISMISSED!!" He snapped at the me. As I gratefully stepped out heading back to my office to work . After working for about three hours . His annoying voice speak through the intercom.

"Miss Leighton In my office now"

I got up from the  chair before heading to his office as I entered.

"Get me the yellow file at the top shelf" he said pointing to the high  glass  shelf. How was gonna reach there couldn't he take it him self besides he is about 6 .5feet  . I was beyond furious such a lazy jerk.

"I won't reach" I snapped irriately .

"Use the chair there common sense"

Jerk if you had common sense you would have gotten your lazy ass up to get them your self.!!!I muttered dragging the chair before standing on it . Still i couldn't reach .......why the hell would he fix a shelf that high ......such a stupid man. I was trying to grab the file when I felt a hand  spank and squeeze on a**.I immediately froze but Instantly came back to my sense getting off the chair I quickly turned to slap him across the face twice angrily such a disgusting pervert. I burst out giving him my piece of mind  then slapping across the face again and angrily walk out. I really hated him . He even had the vim to lay his dirty hands on me . What did he take me for ????? Horny bastard!!!

This was the main reason why I hate working with males if they aren't messing and filrting with your heart then they are trying to get into your pants.
After what happened I went straight to lunch at a restaurant near the office before heading back to work.

"I gasped finally it's 6:40pm "I quickly packed my stuff's before heading out. I know that bastard told not the leave the office without his permission but who gives a f**k what he says???.
I hailed a cab to Julia's house  to pickup my little prince charming before we went to home meeting Lewis already at home making dinner . So I just went straight to shower Damien and I then we went back to eat  . After eat I washed the dishes before putting to bed . Then Lewis and I chatted till it was time for my night shift at the restaurant .I left heading to work on time.

After working for hour it was finally Time for my night shift to end so I called an Uber going home complete exhausted .
Immediately i entered my bedroom stripped off my clothes then put on a comfortable nighty before collapsing on my bed .
